This portal helps a lot in terms of sharing official documents on the go.....!!!!! It is very useful in team collaborations and in getting an ample number of options to choose from. The app is very simple to use, easy to collaborate with peers. And having a cherry on the cake, it is accessible on any device.....!!!!! Additionally, it is fully managed by Amazon, so it is safe and secure for all.....!!!!! I loved it.....!!!!!

Since I have started using this platform, I have never seen any single bug or issue in this app..... Perhaps, I have heard from my colleagues that this platform always helps them get new updates timely. Because of this, the user always gets what is useful at ease.....!!!!!

I would recommend this platform to those who want a secure, safe, easy to use, variety of options, simplified sharing and collaboration, and a fully managed app. Also, this can be used anywhere.....!!!!! Either on the laptop or mobile device, it works great and it looks excellent.....!!!!!

For me, this has been a great platform in various ways. Firstly, It is very helpful and easy to use while sharing files.....!!!!! Also, the features for collaboration are so simple.....!!!!! I'm able to use it anywhere and anytime, either on the laptop or mobile phone, And above all of this, this is fully managed safely and securely.....!!!!! I have realized that this is app has so much to use and to store files and data on the cloud. This helps accessing the data anytime using the internet on any device.....!!!!!

Amazon WorkDocs allows us to work with coworkers fast and ensures productivity with the cloud storage service that lets you store information, documents and files for creating applications and AWS content.

Following the free trial of Amazon, it must be recognized that the service can be very expensive, depending upon the number of users, which is the main disadvantage for me.

The trial period of 30 continuous days, up to a maximum of 50 people allowing you to use every resource without any problem or limitation, is one of the more appealing things that makes it possible for anyone to experiment with WorkDocs since the material is free for no possibility of data loss or theft.

Amazon excellent application enabled us to create, edit and share documents with colleagues and enabled us to increase our company productivity and effectiveness, which allow us to supply the relevant data from AWS on any device.

It was easy to deploy and adopt corporate users, as opposed to our experience with other competitors. Amazon supplied easily understandable documentation.

Occasionally, a good balance between cooperation and safety is difficult to find. Corporate management must allow a certain cultural shift.

Start with an office to see if it is appropriate for your organization, and people are prepared to take this new approach.

Helpful for Remote Working, Teleworking, etc. Easy access to multi-device information and promoting group communication.

SECURE COLLABORATION!! Our entire business is really built on this concept so being able to drink our own Kool Aid is pretty major.

Not something against the tool, but more around lack of awareness that the product exists and that there aren't more people using it.

How easy it is to use. Not much training goes into Amazon Work Docs so our office doesnt have to take much time to train new employees. I love how you can share files so easily.

There really isnt anything that I dont dislike about Amazon Work Docs. It is so easy to use, easy to train with, etc.

You cannot go wrong with this program! The ease of it makes for a more efficient day!

A really nice feature of the web application is the user’s ability to request feedback on files they have shared allowing contributors to highlight an area of the file and leave detailed feedback on what needs to be changed. This is excellent!

Unfortunately, like Dropbox and Box you can’t make the changes through the web application. It would be very useful if the user had the ability to make the changes within the application of the webpage, most especially for remote employees.

The business problems that we have used Amazon WorkDocs for is that; users also have the option to set specific deadlines for feedback on a particular file, and it allows you to track files that are out for review and allows you to make necessary changes. A benefit is streamlining our processes which makes efficiency so much easier for our teams.

That you are able to pay for the cost per user. I also like that you can access this whether you are online or you are offline

If your looking for an easy and non complicated way to store documents this is the way to go! Its easy it makes my filing and finding my documents easier than any other site I have used! Love it better even google docs

There is nothing I dislike about this software. I truly cant think of you thing I do not like or can say I dislike about amazon workdocs.

Recommend this to anyone with a smaller company that needs a fast and efficeint way to store and save files.

It makes it a lot easier for me to save and file different documents for different departments in my company.

Though there are similar app like dropbox, google drive, etc. WorkDocs simplifying some document lifecycle challenges with support of amazon services and infrastructure.

For maintaining file revisions and history instead of having multiple/duplicate files.

Integrated with my Active Directory for maintaining version control on my files.
