All features are good. There is no negative feedback
We are using for a retail client to understand the customer feedback and product expectation. Want to build customized products based on real time demand using Amazon Lex as a part of omnichannel strategy. We are getting good feedback after the conversion of speech and text using Lex
Amazon has already done most of the heavy lifting coding-wise. Lots of functionality like NLP and converting text to speech. They even have some tutorial videos on Youtube as well as documentation which really make it more accessible.
In the small amount of time I've used it, I've found Amazon Lex to be pretty good for it's value and not very difficult to use, so for right now I really don't have any dislikes.

I love voice recognition and Amazon Lex allows to integrate Alexa into other devices which is great!
