Alyce is very easy to use and searches various platforms for gift suggestions to prospects. This saves me time and provides a gift that is going to resonate with the prospect.

I wish there were additional lower dollar value gifts that were not just gift cards. Many companies cannot accept gift cards in specific verticals and a physical gift is an easy way around that.

I have not had any issues with the platform currently. If there are any issues in the future I know who in my organization to reach out to to get these resolved.

Love Alyce! Cold outbound is a difficult enough. Being able to share a gift to grab someones attention sincerely helps. Propsects are grateful to receive it and sales representatives get the opportunity to network, dig into a targeted account, and get the organizations name to be top of mind.

The interface is super easy to use. I do wish there was a search bar or filter to veiw prospects and gifts that were previously incase you want to resend the Alyce link

The amount of gift card and products that are available to be sent to prospect.

The think I dislike about alyce is the recommended gifts usually are donations which for many prospects is not the best gift to give.

Helping get my foot in the door for meeting prospects. Showing prospects that I am starting the conversation with good will.

Wide variety of gift options, and the fact that recipients can opt to trade for other gifts or donate the value to a charity of their choosing.

I wish there was a way to scale the delivery of the same gift to multiple people.

Alyce makes gifting very easy. The platform allows you to search creatively and efficiently based off of your clients personality. I was rather skeptical about gifting to clients at first but Alyce reminds you that this should be a standard practice in business.

I don't really see any downsides right now. Just know your audience - some firms can't accept gifts but that has nothing to do with Alyce.

Alyce helps get clients to interract with us when they go silent for a bit. It's a great way to re-engage with someone who owes you an answer or sitting on a contract.

All of our SDR, Marketing and Sales teams enjoy using this tool to to curate gifts and elevate relationships with customers and prospects. I love it's ability to integrate with our CRM and automatically create a Salesforce campaign, along with its integration capabilities with Marketo.

As an admin of the platform, I'd love to see a feature to select all campaigns at once and update the gift limits for all users.
