What do you like best about Alora Home Health?
Best customer service, easy to call and get a hold of the person; so many great functionalities - Clinical, HR, Billing, FAX, etc.; updates and new features happen monthly, Alora listens to its clients and optimizes all the process constantly.
What do you dislike about Alora Home Health?
not much, at times updates happen very often, and we always see huge potential in every new feature, which causes a lot of changes, but hey those are good changes

The upsides of using Alora is the accountablity of the system! keeps you compliant while secure. Alora has staff always ready to answer questions and help.

The price of Alora can be high for new business, however; great refferal program.

The Alora Way
What do you like best about Alora Home Health?
I like that Alora is very user friendly. I really enjoied the implementation speacialist she was very helpful with getting my company up and running. I also really love the customer support team. I can call them over and over and they are always very helpful, and friendly, and most of all they always help to fix whatever the situation may be. I use Alora plus everyday. My caregivers use Alora plus everyday and they all love how user friendly the system is. I also really enjoy all the different features that Alora Plus has to offer, that was really key in helping to meeting all my business needs. I love how Alora created a seamless integration system.
What do you dislike about Alora Home Health?
I dislike that sometimes the Alora App will freeze up and then you have to log out and log back in to refresh it. Other than that I really like the Alora system and there staff alot.
What problems is Alora Home Health solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alora is doing an amazing job keeping up with the new rules with Pathways and making things easy for my company with all the new rules, and getting the payers set up. they really have made things really easy for my compay.

mulitiple mouse clicks to get in box when screen is opened.

Reporting. Some of the reporting in Alora does not provide enough information for Financial purposes. Alora is working on reports to provide agencies with better reporting that will assist agencies with monthly reconciliation.

What do you like best about Alora Home Health?
Alora has exceeded my expectations in every way. I have used a lot of EMR systems in my career and Alora by far has the most user friendly, efficient platform for home care. The software is extremely easy to use and learn, encompasses everything my business needs to be efficient and compliant and is able to be customized to the specific needs of my agency. The implementation was seamless, organized, and abundant with resources. Every person that I have worked with at Alora during the implementation process went above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. Their customer support is easy to reach and available to help with everything I need. Alora also integrates perfectly with my payroll and billing systems. It streamlines the process for my nurses and allows them to spend their attention on their patients rather than difficult charting and paperwork. I couldn't be happier with my decision to partner with Alora!
