There are almost all the features available in the portal. Don't feel like missing anything. A Good tool to connect with your Alumni.

User Authentication is taking too much time; similarly, in the case of duplicate profiles, one has to do it one by one.

Very supporting team with a good understanding and approach. Whenever we face any problem, they are ready to give us training and make us understand the whole thing.

Customer support is really good. The team comes up with immediate redressal of issues if any. And I feel confident using this application. It serves the purpose.

App can be made better. As of now it opens like a website but not like an installed App. So developers can make it better without affecting the size or RAM usage much.

Almashines is truly helpful in managing and connecting Alumni. They are helping us to share content to alumni and make sure that Alma mater is remembered by the Alumni.

The maintenance services given are great and agile. Whenever Alumni Portal required changes in terms of design and look, they were very cooperative and adapatable to whatever changes we communicated to them.

Video cannot be directly uploaded to the portal but youtube link can be embedded.

One of the best thing is their support team. They are professional and great. Every feature is available at their portal.

I don't think I have come across any shortcomings on the portal till date.

There has been a great support from backend as well as a great solution to every problem we faced, be it getting admissions referral from alumni or placement leads. They provide one stop solution for everything.

The best thing is the ease of use, alumni search, event management, and job openings.

Nothing specific. I wish to know about students getting jobs through job openings posted by alumni.

We are trying to reach out to more alumni. Currently, the benefit is about job opportunities.

The feature i really appreciate is locating alumni on the map.

For the admins the most amazing features is to create email through source code. It has saved us alot of money.

A samll thing that could improve on almashine is the customisation option. The users should be given an opportunity to design and customise atleast their homepage. And option that wix application gives.

Mostly sophisticated application and viable option in terms of cost

I am able to capture and maintain my alumni data and plan my interventions accordingly. I am also able to post and source job applications systematically. I am also activating the City Chapter feature.
