It provides great visualizations around several key metrics for managing an engineering team's performance.
I can't think of anything that isn't working.
It helps our team visualize engineer performance. These insights help ensure we're evaluating them correctly.
We had a very helpful client rep that worked diligently with us to get us set up. Once we were up and going the visibility to our thrashing issues was tremendous. We were able to cut down on our key metrics and track that over time very quickly.

It is super customizable and has so many metrics to choose from and populate- it's super insightful and has great DORA metrics!
Allstacks can see very specific data about individuals so understanding context is also very important.
Allstacks is helping us understand our bottlenecks sharing insightful information about team health and team speed.
Allstacks used my team's historical velocity and backlog data to give me data-driven forecasting showing me when in-flight initiatives were likely to complete. As a product leader who has to manage downstream dependencies for launches weeks and even months in advance, this vantage points is invaluable. With the data from Allstacks I can begin planning with my customer success, product marketing, and sales team around a given launch with confidence that the team is on track to meet the projected delivery date.
The addition of a turnkey DORA/Accelerate metrics report would be really nice. There are already a number of proxy metrics they collect that can get you most of the way there, but it can be cumbersome to sew all the pieces together do to so.
Have pro-active, open conversations with your team before embracing a platform like Allstacks that provides developer and team metrics. Be open about the problems you are trying to solve and what you will and won't use the data for.
Allstacks makes it possible for me to plan ahead of my roadmap with confidence that initiatives will be delivered on a predictable timeline. Slips in schedule can be easily predicted weeks or months in advance allowing me to adjust expectations with customers and internal teams with plenty of lead time to avoid surprises.
Allstacks provides our customer organization transparency in terms of current position and where they need to be, and the possible deliverables within this timeslines. The intelligence forecasting feature built within allstack is able to analyze possible risks and mitigate them, therefore countering possible project delays.
I don't have any dislike for this software. Using it is easy and does the work for me.
The AI model has significantly increased our abilities in predictive analysis and risk mitigation. It is noteworthy that it has the unusual ability to predict where the congestion would occur. It enables us to monitor the development of our team members, enhancing our ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
I like the portfolio report and being able to dive into each milestone.
Permissions could be more granular. This way, we can have managers be able to self-service their teams.
We need to make more data-driven decisions during our engineering development process. Too early to have realized benefits yet.

We have consilidated a number of tools, custom reports, and excel spreadsheets into a single view show progress, efficiency, and trends in our delivery processes.
