Organization of different projects is available. Canvas explainer videos are included to introduce new users to the platform so my clients know how to use pieces we share.

Backup snapshots are good and extracting to a pdf is helpful.

Items allowed are numerous for brainstorming, planning & editing ideas as projects are done.

Tables inserted do not edit well on mobile devices. Clients try overlaying with text boxes and it gets too messy to keep table cells updated correctly. Sorting is impossible.

Also, arrows to link one item to another doesn't work well because the origin point cannot be moved.

Allows my website clients to view layouts, upload and comment on ideas.

Client communication & organization to produce final approvals is increased.

The online whiteboard is very easy to use. I can create teaching material very quickly.

The method for controlling access to created material is, by generating a new URL, is inconvenient to use.

Allo makes it easy to create and manage team collaboration. This is an essential feature we use during our certified classes. The feature we like most about Allo is the translation feature. We teach in both English and Japanese. This way, the students can modify their team boards in Japanese, and we can easily translate them into English.

The biggest issue we have had is the Team Board links will stop working and must be recreated each day. While it is not difficult, it still requires time. If there would be a way to ensure that once a link has been created, it remains effective.

Bee Canvas is app you can use to visually communicate ideas on projects and with teams. Essentially you are able to make mood/ inspiration boards to help explain ideas and concepts. Also multiple people can collaborate on the document. I like how everyone can participate and contribute on the digital white boards

I have been using BeeCanvas for G Suite for few years now to keep in touch with other team members. It simplifies the whole process and integrates with Google Drive. The best thing about it is its ease of use. It makes it easier to take notes during a lecture or to give a presentation. BeeCanvas for G Suite is a must have software because it comes with a free version. Users who cannot afford to buy it can equally enjoy its features with the help of the free version. It works better for small companies and helps user organize their work for better. There is a large room for customization so it enhances productivity.

BeeCanvas for G Suite has few problems present like the features are not that modern and are outdated so improvement is needed. The web version works perfectly but the mobile application is lacking so I hope they release an update to fix this.

There are few tools present but they are good for starting out and for beginners. Different users can use through one account and change its functions according to their needs. Images, files and data is kept secured at one centralized place.

BeeCanvas enhances communication with team members and due to it projects can be shared within the team just like in real life. It is intuitive and efficient working. The communication is incredible. It works for small to medium sized businesses. It helps in visual communication. The tools are incredible, and interface is clean. It helps team members to communicate with each other. It enhances the workflow and streamlines the project. Ideas can be added, and team members can help each other no matter where they are. It makes it easier to transfer files from google doc.

The software is great but there are still advanced features which are not available. Web version is incredible but mobile version is nothing like it and needs to be updated. They did have few glitches, but they fixed it with time. It can be bit difficult to use for large companies. However, its pros outshine the cons.

BeeCanvas is a great software that enhances workflow and communication so due to its pros it is highly recommended. It is an incredible platform for creative design and workplace. Things can be updated live. It streamlines the project and the quality is professional. All kinds of projects can be organized. User can create canvas for different tasks. It enhances the workflow. It truly meets the demands.

I can create a visual narrative as opposed to be used to writing it down on paper. I can put pictures and drawings together without it being so hard. I can come up with an easy solution by physically looking at it. You can draw something cool or in a way that lets you better illustrate and view a better way to plan and make sense of how to tackle a problem right off the bat. Great for a starter, it doesn't have a lot of features which is great for a starter in whatever field may be or just to play around with. You can do quite a lot by just a few tools.

It has its limits; like it is only a thing created for google. I have yet to find an app for like outlook. When i actually use it, It's only meant for google. It has a few set of tools and like all that you could possibly need out of getting something that will truly do everything.

Its a great and easy yo use tool if you are just starting out like trying to plan out certain things but you know you are a visual person, this would be very ideal

Trying to come up with many ways to come up with something creative. I only thought of one day of creating things, now with a visual tool i can expand my creativity.

This program offers the facility to carry out project with advanced aesthetics, this allows to have a better organization of the advance of this, has the possibility to carry out projects together with a work team, in which all can have access in real time to the public projects that are being handled.

The program meets all the tools I was looking for, so far there is nothing I do not like about this, the only detail is that your plan is more expensive, is really very high compared to others, in general the program works without problem.

The program has a completely free trial version, which you can use and know if it is the best option for your business, I recommend this program for the possibility of customization that has and for how easy it is to use, has all the tools necessary for any business.
