Allego's Digital Sales Room platform is very user friendly. The templates they have created allowed me to create a Digital Sales Room in minutes. In addition, the personal support you receive from Allego customer service is unmatched in the industry.
There is nothing I dislike about Allego or its platform.
I run a leadership development company and with each new cohort entering our programs I needed a customized website to house our dynamic program content(documents, videos, etc) as well as the ability to stay in communication with our customers through the same platform. The Allego Digital Sales Room provides all of the capabilities I need to house various types of content and the messaging/chat capability allows me to stay in constant contact with our program attendees. Not being a web designer, the templates Allego provides for Digital Sales Rooms allowed me to very easily design a custom experience for my attendees in minutes. The platform is very user friendly and Allego's customer service agents were amazing to work with as I was learning to use the platform.
Ease of Use, ease of implementation, Frequency of use, number of features, ease of integration, customer support
There isn't anything I dislike about Allego.
Allego has helped me solve simple to complex problems for our clients and it has benefited me by empowering me with tools to make the customer experience better.
I loved the ability to have participants record themselves on video performing the tasks we asked them to learn. It was helpful to see them and hear them perform their tasks and I could review their submissions on my own schedule.
The interface could have been a little more intuitive. There were times when I was searching for a particular item or wanted to see a particular view of the items i was interested in and I had a hard time finding the path to my objective. THe interface was rich with a full set of features, but could have been clearer to the user in certain cases.
We used Allego as a training tool to help up and coming leaders in our organization learn and practice situational techniques.
I like so many features in Allego, from its ease of use, reporting tools and especially customer service
There really isn't much about Allego I don't like. Whenever we come across something that doesn't exist, they create it
Getting everyone on the same page when it comes to product knowledge is key. Allego provides that and so much more
The Allego enablement ecosystem combines features that are usually delivered individually. This traditional, individual technology approach means a lot of extra work tying things together, figuring out how to gather data and then create meaningful business intelligence outputs. Allego solves this problem by delivering a single combined platform that is a great match for the majority of sales and marketing organizations enablement requirements. Allego don't pretend to do be things they are not - each feature set is complete and feature rich.
Allego provide the ability to break the technlogy into large pieces. Start with the piece that meets your immediate requirements, benefit from the other parts when you're ready. Allego will become part of the your organizations daily cadences whether sourcing and sharing buyer content, consuming training, call evaluations and much, much more. Dashboards talk the needs of front line sellers all the way to the most senior levels of your company. The impact of the platform on seller productivity is clearly measurable, simplification of buyer interaction shows in call analytics and sales cycle related content recommendations save time.
I would absolutely recommend talking to Allego - they are at least on par and in most cases far ahead of the moajority of their competition.
The reality is that any time you change vendors there's a lot of heavy lifting ahead. One the one hand it's refreshing to start over, apply what you've learnt and leverage Allego's powerful features. On the other, be prepared to commit to a complex program that will transition into ongoing adoption work streams. And if you're deploying Allego to fill new gaps then you'll face a host of other challenges that are the same regardless of which vendor you choose - creating everything from scratch.
The depth of the feature set means you're going to need to make sure you have the right resources in place (at the right time) to create and maintain the content your sales org will consume. Breaking deployment into logical sections will help but you'll be missing out on some of the integration related value.
Allego has the ability to meet our existing requirements and introduce a set of new features that support growth and scale. Unfortunately we did not move forward with Allego based on conflicting internal priorities.
I have gotten a TON of feedback from prospects that have mentioned how useful the Digital Sales Rooms are and how much it makes us stand out in the sales process. Love the ability to track content clicks as well. We've been able to tie a strong amount of revenue to the DSR's since implementing Allego.
When you first get started, it can feel like it's taking more time than it should to set up a Digital Sales Room. Once you get used to it though, it can be really powerful.
The UX can be a bit difficult to work with sometimes (for example, dragging and dropping content into specific areas can sometimes be a pain).
Standardizing the follow-up process and giving reps more insight into what content is most crucial to the decision making in a deal.
The recorded pre-videos with scenario wise
I am looking for scenario based videos in all category.
How to talk with other employees more practical scenario based.
There is nothing else out there like Allego. What I like best:
1) the digital sales room - being able to create custom content for a targeted audience.
2) flash drills - this is the best way to reinforce learning and the ability to drive consistent mirco learning is right for today's workforce.
3) the support the Allego team provides - I've never had an external vendor/partner so interested in my success.
only dislike is that more people dont know about it!
Allego has helped me solve for a number of busines problems, including: micro-learning for remote sales teams, value proposition alignment, global product launches, resource and content repository, customer interface (DSR), strategic messaging, organizational culture development, and much more.
Being able to communicate in ways that separate my business from the competition and creating great first and subsequent impressions.
Not being able to implement more Allego enhancements as quickly as I would like to.
Ability to impact sales cycles with new clients and prospects by personalization of communication and making impressions that separate us from the competition.

The project team at Allego was very helpful in getting us familiar with the platform and guiding us through the Allego experience. The video recording and collaboration tools are top-notch.
There is nothing to dislike with Allego, but I found the reporting to be a little cumbersome. I was not trained and did not spend much time on it, so I cannot say that it was negative.
Allego provides a great experience with excellent customer service.
The video collaboration tools were something that our company was looking to use for a long time and have exceeded our expectations.
