First and foremost, getting Allbound into production and launching it out to our partners was much easier than I expected. We were assigned an implementation specialist who helped us with each phase of the project and offered us guidance throughout.
I was pleased with the ability to brand our PRM and make it "ours." We have taken advantage of most of the features offered (content, deal registration, SSO integration, ability to feature new content, tools, etc., the ability to showcase live and virtual events, pipeline management and more).
Everyone with whom I've engaged is responsive and helpful. I'm in Allbound daily and continue to see the number of partners and users grow exponentially.
I would like to see enhanced reporting. Overall, compared to other PRMs I have evaluated, I still believe Allbound was the best fit for us!
We leverage Allbound PRM daily with our global partners for Deal Registration, Pipeline Management, Content Sharing, Campaigns, Calendars and more. In addition, as we prepared for rollout, Allbound forced us to become more structured in our CRM (Salesforce.com). We continue to roll out additional functionality and leverage Allbound to engage with our partner community.
Our Allbound portal is easy to access and navigate. Creating playbooks and training paths for new partners allows us to grow our channel without adding full-time staff to our team. The portal looks very professional, unlike our previous WordPress portal.
We have had a few Resellers ask about marketing metrics from the prospect pages. Currently we can only see how many views, not the specifics of who viewed, how long they were on the page, or if they forwarded to anyone else on their team.
Centralized location for marketing collateral for a single point of access and updates. Deal registration with a customized scoping form ensures that we receive all of the detail necessary for us to request a quote or presales resource for an intro call. Introductory training for new Resellers is now automated which saves time for our internal team and ensures that our resellers have access to the training at any time.
With the implementation of Allbound, the ability to provide all assets and tools in one place, as well as keep open lines of updated communication visible is invaluable. For almost every partner question we receive, we can answer it with "you can find it in our Partner Portal in xxx location". The ability for our vast partner ecosystem to self-serve allows us to grow and serve at a much greater capacity than before.
I use Allbound myself all day - I keep the tab open because I refer to the partner details and content constantly. There's no way to keep the amount of information required in our heads - so having a quick click and scroll to find the answer saves me a huge amount of time as well.
This is a critical application for organizations that are serious about their partner program.
I can't think of anything I don't like. It has revealed some inefficiencies in our set up of our CRM fields that became apparant during mapping, but with tweaks these were remedied.

Allbound PRM is a powerful tool for our Partner Portal Management. Creating our portal pages and adding and editing content is very easy.
Excellent Platform for Partner Portal. Lots of distinct features to onboard, enable and build on Partner Relations, such as Dashboards for all the recent activities, Calendar for events & webinars.
There are still a few features that are currently missing in the platform, such as competitive learning and better tracking of Training and Enablement programs.
To start with Partner onboarding, initial training programs for Partners to make them accessible with learning collaterals about our organization and product portfolio. Building detailed Training and Enablement Programs.
Allbound's team is constantly innovating and making thoughtful improvements to the product. Our CSM keeps us in the know of all latest developments and routinely meets with us to ensure we are getting the maximum ROI from the portal. Their technical support is top notch too and while we have had issues, they have always been resolved in a timely and effective manner with least business disruption.
The cost somehow always feels high at renewal time. But so far we've continued to stick with them despite cheaper alternatives. Their service is a clear differentiator
Helps us stay in touch with Partners, Customers and also implement an automated certification process. The Allbound PRM is helping us stay connected and keep our partners updated with all that's going on in our world (which is a lot!)
One of the things I appreciate most about Allbound PRM is the level of support provided by their implementation team throughout the implementation process. Implementing a new tool and adapting it to our specific needs can sometimes be challenging, but the Allbound implementation team played a crucial role in making it smoother. They are highly accessible, respond quickly, and are always willing to find solutions that help us align our processes with the tool and vice versa (adapting the tool to our processes).
Additionally, the platform boasts a user-friendly interface, which greatly assists us when presenting it to our users. Having an intuitive interface makes it easier for our team to navigate and showcase the tool effectively.
One aspect that I hope to see improvements and changes in Allbound PRM is the integration with CRM systems like Salesforce. It would be highly beneficial if Allbound could enhance its connection with additional Salesforce objects, such as opportunities. This enhancement would provide more flexibility to make the pipeline screen more comprehensive, enabling users within Allbound to monitor their pipeline with increasing accuracy.

I haven't experienced anything that I dislike in Allbound PRM.
It's allowing us to provide sales and support resources for our partners in one place. I'm more productive because the tool helps reduce ping-pong emails and makes me and our partners more effective.
I like that it ties into our hubspot seamlessly. Being able to have partners load deals into our CRM is a huge value add. The tool has helped make our program and registration process appear much more professional and allows for easy pipeline management for both us and our partners.
The tool does force you into using their deal stages. There is a workaround in migrating these to whatever custom deal stages you use in your CRM, but some flexibility in future versions there would be nice so we can align the tool more closely with how we manage our business.
