Unlike a task manager, Align is easier to plan out for a higher-level strategic plan that you can then put into smaller priorities. This helps you stay focused when you are in a situation where you say to yourself what should I do today?

The answer is always to focus on that priority and what will move that priority's needle and the reason you are doing that is because you recognized what actions move your business forward beforehand.

Probably the design of the app, it is getting better but if anything that could be one thing I would work on.

Align is very easy to use and scales across members of a team as well as multiple teams. Having a strategy and execution plan that receives daily attention is required for successful businesses, yet few actually address these areas consistently. Using align makes it easy and gives you a competitive edge. My companies have seen increased productivity and excellent results due to the consistent use of Align.

I don't see any downsides to using Align. Some team members not used to being held accountable and delivering results will need some time to ramp up. If there are low performers on your team, this will become more apparent when using the tool.

Align helps us create robust 1-page strategic plans which include goals and priorities as well as tasks. We then hold daily and weekly huddles to stay on track. We like the consistency of revisiting the strategy quarterly and making any necessary adjustments. The daily use of the tool drives up productivity and, more importantly, our results.

Through using Align, we have been able to focus more on essential priorities. I appreciate being able to track my, other team members, and the company's progress.

It's not a huge setback, but I wouldn't say I like that numbers do not roll over to the next quarter. I understand the quarterly tracking, but I would also like a running total.

It's helping us keep ourselves and team members accountable.

Align is a very straightforward platform to help bring all the aspects of the business principles of Scaling Up (the Rockefeller Habits) to life. For companies looking for a tool to keep the overall strategy, annual initiatives, and quarterly priorities constantly in front of their employees, Align is the tool you're looking for.

There aren't really a whole ton of downsides that we've encountered with Align.

Align centralizes the strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. It's CRUCIAL to keep in mind that Align is NOT a project management platform but rather aimed specifically at keeping the entirety of the company aligned (see what I did there) with the overall purpose and strategy behind the tasks and activities of each team.

Align helps streamline communication among our remote and hybrid workforce. From the use of the daily huddle updates, to top priorities, and a common goal and KPI tracking - it is truly a "one-stop shop" for team alignment.

We've used Align for close to one year now and I don't see any drawbacks. At times, the interface isn't intuitive, but a simple reach out to our dedicated Align representative always clears that up quickly and effectively.

Our team was having difficulty adjusting to the switch to remote/hybrid work. Align helped us organize and stay connected seamlessly. It has also increased our productivity as we all are able to work towards common goals without having to check on others progress via email or meetings.

It takes time to learn good habits like running effective meetings and constructively challenging team priorities. The align software guides teams through the process but it still takes time

Setting clear priorities and measuring progress. I have two clients that have increased top line revenue growth in the 30-50% range with improvements in profitability.

Clean user interface. Simple to use. It keeps the team accountable in a visual setting. Very easy for an administrator to get the account started, adding team members and inputting payment options.

Minor dislike is when updating tasks/priorities to "Edit" and going into a different page. It would be great to have a +/- button right next to the KPI item so that someone can press up or down. Or the field box to input the new value.

We started using Align to keep our startup all focused on common goals. With a technology startup, everyone might be doing many tasks simultaneously, and making sure they stay on track is the most important goal. The most significant benefit is with Align being so visual with Red, Yellow, and Green colors, how fast we can decipher where our attention needs to be.

I'm using Align for more than 10 years with my clients, and it is the best tool to implement Scaling Up Methodology.

I love the platform because it is super simple and user-friendly!

The MOBILE APP is not easy to use as the online desktop.

It shows the company priorities in one glance and how the moving parts align to it.

The integration to Salesforce is a little limited. I am tied to what the Salesforce reports can generate. Might need a dev or IT in Salesforce to improve it.

Get your whole company on board. It works for us because we are all game to use it.

Clearing the clutter and gatekeeping of business goals. I weigh each task of my day against the priorities that move the needle for the company and it helps me make decisions instead of be paralyzed by volume of work.

It is a no brainer to me that if you are adopting a scaling methodology, you should do it on a SaaS platform. The things that drew me to Align are:
