It has been reliable for us for over 8 years. When we needed to add domains to our plan for monitoring their customer service was extremely helpful. The features are good and reasonably priced.

Its lack of advanced features and limited customization options, are drawbacks.

If one of our websites goes down, we know about it within under 5 minutes via text message, so we can start to take action ASAP AlertBot has been 'Ol Reliable

What do you like best about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

I like that all we have to do is configure things one time in the AlertBot dashboard and then pretty much move on and forget about it. We have 9 websites where uptime is absolutely crucial, and AlertBot always works with zero problems.

What do you dislike about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

I cannot think of a downside to our AlertBot service. It has been iron-clad for us for over 8 years. When we did contact customer service to add more domains to our monthly plan to monitor, they were super helpful.

What problems is AlertBot Website Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of lost revenue from downtime of multiple ecommerce websites.

Alertbot makes monitoring your website for outages a breeze.

What do you like best about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

I like the ability to test whether the website is up or down from multiple locations and using multiple browsers. I also appreciate the easy, web-based configuration that allows for easy updates

What do you dislike about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

For some short outages, emails informing you that the website is down come after emails telling you that the website is back up.

What problems is AlertBot Website Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Alertbot lets us know when the website is down and allows us to get the site working again, limiting downtime. It keeps our e-commerce sit up and making money.

Monitoring our public websites and APIs, it's essential that we are alerted when a site or API has a problem. Aletbot lets us know when a site or service goes offline and lets us know when it comes back up. And we get good reports for management.

AlertBot was incredibly simple to set up and is a powerful monitoring platform. We know right away if something is going wrong.

There is nothing negative to report at this time.

Recommendations to others considering AlertBot Website Monitoring?

I recommend you take advantage of their Browser MS monitor type. You can set up specific steps for the bot to crawl through your site and test various features. If anything goes wrong, you will be alerted!

What problems is AlertBot Website Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize AlertBot for general performance monitoring. Server monitors don't always tell the whole story. We want to know if there are connection issues for customers across the country. AlertBot helps us do that.

Excellent customer service

Even though I use the free version of the site I still feel like a valued customer. This service has saved my skin on more than one occasion, letting me know when my sites are down in under 10 minutes so that I can contact my clients before they contact me. Overall, Alertbot is a fantastic tool!

Good to monitor live website to track its live time

What do you like best about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

.When a website is down it will send an email stating it is down and after every 5 minutes it will monitor the website and send the status of uptime

Great for alerting our team to urgent issues with our website

What do you like best about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

The monitor failure notifications are very helpful for our team - they bring immediate attention to urgent issues with our website and in some cases have caught issues we otherwise wouldn't have noticed until manually going to the site.

What do you dislike about AlertBot Website Monitoring?

The script generator isn't especially easy to use and naming each step isn't very intuitive however our account manager helps us with whenever we need and will fix the script uploaded by our team whenever required.

Recommendations to others considering AlertBot Website Monitoring?

Take any training available to use the application and utilize your account manager!

What problems is AlertBot Website Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Server issues, database disconnections, site speed, third party script loading issues - bringing attention to these issues that would otherwise not be caught for potentially hours after they occur.
