I think communication with colleagues from different departments. I have seen how nice it is to see each other do the challenges, meet each other coming by bike to work, etc. It definitely brings something nice to everyone's day!

Thanks to the challenges, I make gestures on a daily basis that I would not have done before. Recycling, ecology, discussions with the elderly and more. It feels good for the planet.

The weeks pass and the challenges remain the same, some I do them automatically but for others it's more complicated

Communication is not direct so some questions/ conversations are not as quick and easy as I think it could be.

For the normal usage of the platform, nothing to report.

I use the platform as a regular user, so i don't have any visibility of the actual benefit other then the fact that i feel personally more engaged with the community.

I love that there are so many different ways to contribute and volunteer and if I'm not close to a place that volunteers I can volunteer online as well which is great!

I've searched for volunteering opportunities according to locations and the same opportunities appear. For example the same opportunities in Spain and Portugal.

Alaya helps people find volunteering opportunities near them. I can contribute to the goodness of the world and feel like I am giving back in a more comprehensive way.
