Very easy to use and implement for our field techs.
Would be nice to be able to click on the schedule page and have it open up the add shcedules option right from the calender.
Scheudling day to day operations, equipment tracking, inventories. Great product!
The great thing is being able to look at my schedule as a whole, very easy to implement, and most of all great customer service. Daily we use many of the features of this product on a daily basis. The ability to go in every day and easily see who is working is great especially when as the Director we are not in the office. Such an easy program to use and integrate into our systems.
You have to play with it for a bit to get used to it, however I will say the customer service is amazing and works through any questions or issues I run into.
Not having the schedule that can be changed remotely and reviewed is a hinderance, this product solves a major issue for me.
Scheduling using Aladtec is easy to use. I use it daily and appreciate many of it's abilities. My experience with customer support has been positive.
One downside about Aladtec scheduling is that all users are not able to see who is signed up for upcoming shifts/overtime.
A webbassed scheduling system that allows all of our members to use it.
I like that it keeps track of holidays and automically calulates accrued time.
I think it is more of a learning curve and less of an issue, but if a shift starts at midnight it gets confusing. We are going to start everyone at 11pm staring in 2024.
I also think printing stuff could be a bit better, somehow.

I am a NEW user and had lots of questions on understanding a new platform for scheduling. I listened to a Web Cast and it was very detailed but the speaker explained the detail and made it very clear. After the WebCast I reached out to another contact, we exchanged a couple notes and they were very helpful and very accommodating to my new experience with this platform. They are a well trained team….
I know there are additional features I am not using but for now I got all the answers I needed for now and I will get deeper into the platform as needed.
The ease of a complex scheduling tool for a large flexible workforce. It allows me to be very precise in what schedule I am looking for.
Customer service is number one. They will teach you how to do things within the program, i have needed certain reports before and called to have them add the report only to find out it was already there.
Really I have nothing bad to say about Aladtec. Any issue was resolved promptly.
It is app-based, so employees have their schedules on their phones. It manages the hours of scheduled work for the center. Frees up time for the administration to work on other issues.

I would like to see an easier way to navigate repeats and rotations. This is where I am the most deficient.
Generally, it is the repeats and rotations. This is fairly common and is necessary as part of our shift bidding process.
Ease of use for myself and my employees. Great to build forms on it, track payroll and most importantly schedule people. It is a great program with so many great features.
I honestly do not have any complaints. I have no concerns.
Payroll, scheduling of employees, keeping documentation on all employees such as CPR and first aid, pictures of employees, forms for people to use, availability options and so much more!

The best thing about the the scheduling software is the versitility of the system. It tryly is an "all in one" system which allows you to schedule, process payroll, manage time, track time off and allow for sign up of events. We can even track what qualifications staff have along with who is working to ensure safety and compliance of staff. Customer support is easy to use and always available. They are willing to look into your problem. We also set up intigrations with other products to allow for ease of operation. Our staff is in the system daily and it is used for much more than scheduling. We use it for an all around department management. Overall implimentation was easy to set up and transition from another comapny.
Only thing i dislike about the system is the staffing section. I need it to manage one calendar/schedule at a time not thw whole schedule. Especially when checking for position qualifications of staffing.
It is assisting with our department to manage its personnel and staffing requirements to ensure we are in compliance with our union contract.
