We appreciate the value for money that Akurateko offers among competitors. During our six months of working with Akurateco, we noticed an increase in conversion rate and revenue. Another plus is that the Akurateko team is always ready to assist us whenever needed. Their analytics system consolidates payment channels in one place, allowing us to understand clients' preferences better and enhance their experience. Also, they offer many local and global integrated banks and payment providers, which helps us to attract customers from new regions.

Shockingly good service and team.

We started using Akurateco for our new PSP back in January, and the team is honestly so good. They constantly update with new services and go over and beyond what they get paid for. 5 stars all the way.

Great service and technologies. The team responds fast and works quite efficiently. The setup took us around a month after we signed all the documents and agreed on the terms. The system is easy-to-use and pretty self-explanatory. Whenever we have a question or need help with adjusting our settings, Akurateco’s team immediately steps in to assist. I’d highly recommend the service to anyone who wants to store and process multi-channel payment flow under one payment roof.

It’s been around four months since we set up Akurateco’s white-label platform, and so far, no complaints. In the beginning, we were missing several features, so we mentioned those right away. And it took some time but they got to develop and implement a currency exchange module, back-office localization, and added several connectors we needed for our clients.

The price is below average because they’re still small. And for that same reason, they’re very flexible in terms of features and add-ons, which is perfect for us.

And probably my personal favorite thing is that we don’t need an internal payment pro to handle the system. Akurateco took all that responsibility to a point where, in the beginning, they manually checked all our transactions to make sure everything works and is calibrated to our specific needs. Keep up the great work, guys!

The team is very responsive. And when we had troubles onboarding our merchants to their whitelabel solution, we added Alex and Vladimir to conversations with merchants - and they would directly communicate, explain and set up the system for our clients. This took loads of stress off our shoulders. Plus, the price is very competitive. I think we got a pretty good deal for the service provided.

It’s been great working with Akurateco so far. Even though setting up and onboarding took longer than expected, I’m happy with how attentive to details these guys are.

Since we were moving from our own payment system to an external solution, we had to sit down with them, discuss our expectations and specific needs both us and our clients have - and only after we all reached an agreement could we proceed.

Apart from a solid technological solution, they offer expert guidance in everything payment-related. So, after it became clear that moving all the data (we were in business for years prior to the move) would take weeks, they developed software specifically for us to help us move data faster. And then again with hundreds of routing rules we had, they helped us identify the most important ones and leave unnecessary data behind. Overall, very helpful!
