It is a great system that integrates all other platforms we've been using!

It can take some time to get used to but once you get the hang of it, it is fantastic.

Integrating all out staffing software into one system! Keeps everything organized with client communication. I am able to work much faster and more efficiently.

AkkenCloud offers many helpful tools for users to navigate throughout the day. I have honeslty had zero issues with AkkenCloud, and will continue to have our company use this system.

There is nothing that I dislike about Akken Cloud. I will note any issues if any are found, but I have been using it for 2 years now, and will continue to do so.

Akken allows us to track, get data, reach mutliple people at the same time, and note specifics about each candidate. It's very easy to navigate and has helped us keep track of our goals as a company.

I love the fact that it is user-friendly, easy to use. I also like that it has a alot of features. It truly is an all-in-one system. The cutomer service is great as well!

Sometimes the system glitches and I am not always able to get a respresentative on the phone when I call, but they do communicate well via email. I would like to see more availbility from the team to actually jump on a call especially for time sensitive issues.

We are able to run all of our departments through one system instead of several different systems. Before AkkenCloud, we had COATS, which was an ancient system that was not convenient for our company. AkkenCloud has been a great transition.

The thing I like best about Akken is its available parsing feature. I can select a candidate's resume I recently received and the parsing feature pulls out the pertinent information such as the individual's name, phone number, email, and job history and put the relevant info into the correct fields for me which saves me time in the overall process.

The thing I dislike about Akken is that sometimes when the information is parsed out of a resume such as a phone number is alternating which phone number field it goes to which makes it harder to look up in the future. Also sometimes the parsing feature switches an individual's first and last name when the names both sound like first names which can be frustrating looking up in the future if you didn't initially notice/ realize it.

AkkenCloud solves the problem of keeping resumes and job orders in order and updated. Akken allows for its users to not only save resume and job order information but also provides its users with the ability to associate certain people with certain job orders which makes it easier to reference back to at a later date.

I like that the program is very user friendly and easy to navigate to search for clients and update client information.

It is very easy to learn how to use the program especially for first timers.

I like that we can use the program to set reminders which makes it easier to keep track of clients' files in case we need to meet a deadline.

I like that we can document notes and that notes cannot be deleted. It is an easy way to communicate about a clients through the program.

I like that you cannot delete notes from the candidate's account.

Applicants can easily be tracked on the platform.

It would be helpful to have a FAQ page or Help Tab within the program in case a user needs to figure out how to use the program for a specific purpose.

Having tab to place a ticket if users are experiencing issues with the program.

If the program is scheduled to undergo maintenance, an email should be sent to all users.

I find it would be helpful if we could open two candidate accounts at the same time to document notes. Sometimes having multiple windows open causes the notes to post to the incorrect candidate. You cannot delete notes and in this case not being able to do that is not a helpful feature.

When running the report for expiring credentials, you cannot export a report to excel sheet. instead you have to save as a pdf, which makes it difficult to read the information.

Great program for companies needing to provide credentialing services.

We are able to easily communicate with clients and send necessary documentation to be completed via docusign. The documents can be sent directly from AKKEN instead of having to send an email.

An email can be sent to multiple clients if needed.

Coworkers can document notes to keep track of progress on an account.

The program can hold documents on file, allowing us to work purely digitally instead of having to waste paper.

you can set reminders to follow up for a candidate or to schedule a meeting.

You can also create invites for people to join a meeting.

It is super easy to find what you are looking for regarding a candidate

You can get lost in the system, and there is a lot of steps just to do one process and if you miss one, it can be difficult correcting

Take notes if you are just starting and know that if you follow along, it will be the most straightforward system to navigate through. It is always helpful to leave notes and post to job orders, so we know where a potential candidate is/has been. Start and End dates are very important as well regarding employment verifications we get asked.

User-friendly platform and paperless onboarding helps us reach more candidates than we were able to in the past. Multiple features that allow us to streamline a lot of our existing processes for our internal employees, such as espense reports, employee reviews, and payroll. AkkenCloud has shown outstanding customer service and alway been there to help with an issue in a short amount of time.

Multiple steps to hire an employee..... I'm sure for some business models, this is needed and is usefull. However, for our needs, it seems that there are too many steps to take an employee from applicant to employee.

Before AkkenCloud, we were not able to send paperless documents to candidates. Being able to post job orders in AkkenCloud and have them automatically post to job board sites has been excellent and keeps us from having to post the same job on multiple websites
