What do you like best about Akita?

Akita does a great job of offering users easy ways to track and manage tasks around following up with customers. Their integrations with Gmail and salesforce are excellent and help my team stay connected to our goals and unique customer profiles. Their support is seriously top-notch, too. Responses are very fast and extremely applicable.

What do you dislike about Akita?

The list view takes a little time getting used to, but it is still very easy to customize the columns/fields that are important to each user.

Recommendations to others considering Akita:

Take time to go through the help documents. It may take extra time, but it is very valuable

What problems is Akita solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to understand how each interaction with our customers impacts their overall health score. The calculation and the entry of those interactions is very easy, helping us make data-driven decisions in a snap.
