What do you like best about AiTrillion?

AiTrillion has been amazing for our store. We use their loyalty program, product recommendations, email marketing, reviews, and chat features; and they’ve all made a real difference. Plus, their team is always there when we need help. Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about AiTrillion?

Impossible to dislike something. Everything is great.

What problems is AiTrillion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aitrillion supports me with all my sales, automatically increasing my average cart value. The team is excellent and helps me a lot with managing my Shopify store.

Great Support Team - Very Responsive

What do you like best about AiTrillion?

The support system is great, they are quick to respond and get to work on the changes/fixes requested. I have personally had great experience getting help from Bhanu, Sachin, and my boy Naman!

What do you dislike about AiTrillion?

Sometimes modules can be a bit confusing to set up, also the customer segmenting is a bit clunky. Needing to assign affiliate groups through the customer page is also a bit clunky, should be able to assign through the affiliate module.

What problems is AiTrillion solving and how is that benefiting you?

They were helping me set up and make changes to the loyalty rewards program, as well as making personalized custom changes to our rewards pop up and layout.

Possibly the best customer experience we’ve ever had

What do you like best about AiTrillion?

Not only does this encompass a lot of functions into one. The customer service are incredibly helpful at setting it up for you. It’s basically plug and play which we find really helpful

What do you dislike about AiTrillion?

There is so much available you can’t set it all up at once. At least we haven’t, we’ve found its best to roll all the features out gradually.
