AirSlate does what no other product offers and it does it well! We use Airslate to generate client-facing reports from Salesforce. The ease of use to pull data and generate reports has saved us so much time in our organization, it literally is one click of a button.
There is so much going on at Airslate with all of their different products it can be difficult to navigate and understand how they all play a role.
They can pull and push data into Salesforce on multiple levels. We can easily fill client reports with client data and push those to the clients.
Very easy to duplicate flows, easy to navigate, and the bots are great time saver. We were able to implement quickly and customer support is available if needed. We have live links and use it daily.
Sharing the personal link is not allowed and makes it difficult for athlete relations sign up links.

Streamlining most mondaine tasks
The customer support is excellent. I have had great experience using both the chat feature as will as submitting tickets. The customer support representatives are prompt and knowledgeable. The system itself can setup some verry sophisticated workflows but the learning curve can be fairly steep when you are working on more complex workflows. There are also some significant slowdowns on the back end when trying to work with complex workflows that have lots of fields and data to move around.
Some of the problems I have run into, especially with larger and more complex workflows is a very noticeable slowdown in the system. for example I have a workflow that uses 5 web forms with about 600 fields to collect customer info and then transfers that data into a series of documents and prepares them for signature. The reason I had to split this acrost 5 web forms was in part due to the slowdown in the system caused by so many fields. This slowdown is not on the end user side so much as on the backend as I try to setup stuff like the conditional logic.
Additionally as I try to set up a bot to transfer the data collected from the web forms to the appropriate documents for signature, I start to experience significant response time delays in the prefill from doc to doc bot setup screen. By significant I mean it takes 20-30 seconds to respond every time a change is made. Because of this I have resorted to adding multiple copies of the bots and only transferring a smaller amount of fields per bot.
