What do you like best about airSlate WorkFlow?

The bots that connects to salesforce was easy to setup.

What do you dislike about airSlate WorkFlow?

The amount of settings is a lot but I get that it is needed to make more difficult.

Creating Forms for our Internal Users and have the data go into salesforce.

What do you like best about airSlate WorkFlow?

AirSlate does what no other product offers and it does it well! We use Airslate to generate client-facing reports from Salesforce. The ease of use to pull data and generate reports has saved us so much time in our organization, it literally is one click of a button.

What do you dislike about airSlate WorkFlow?

There is so much going on at Airslate with all of their different products it can be difficult to navigate and understand how they all play a role.

What problems is airSlate WorkFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

They can pull and push data into Salesforce on multiple levels. We can easily fill client reports with client data and push those to the clients.

What do you like best about airSlate WorkFlow?

Very easy to duplicate flows, easy to navigate, and the bots are great time saver. We were able to implement quickly and customer support is available if needed. We have live links and use it daily.

What do you dislike about airSlate WorkFlow?

Sharing the personal link is not allowed and makes it difficult for athlete relations sign up links.

What problems is airSlate WorkFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cheaper way to get signatures and sign ups daily for our business. airSlate benefits us by saving time with the bots implementing the data for us.

I like the previous interface better. I think this new one is less clear, although is still good.

What do you like best about airSlate WorkFlow?

The customer support is excellent. I have had great experience using both the chat feature as will as submitting tickets. The customer support representatives are prompt and knowledgeable. The system itself can setup some verry sophisticated workflows but the learning curve can be fairly steep when you are working on more complex workflows. There are also some significant slowdowns on the back end when trying to work with complex workflows that have lots of fields and data to move around.

What do you dislike about airSlate WorkFlow?

Some of the problems I have run into, especially with larger and more complex workflows is a very noticeable slowdown in the system. for example I have a workflow that uses 5 web forms with about 600 fields to collect customer info and then transfers that data into a series of documents and prepares them for signature. The reason I had to split this acrost 5 web forms was in part due to the slowdown in the system caused by so many fields. This slowdown is not on the end user side so much as on the backend as I try to setup stuff like the conditional logic.

Additionally as I try to set up a bot to transfer the data collected from the web forms to the appropriate documents for signature, I start to experience significant response time delays in the prefill from doc to doc bot setup screen. By significant I mean it takes 20-30 seconds to respond every time a change is made. Because of this I have resorted to adding multiple copies of the bots and only transferring a smaller amount of fields per bot.

We were looking for a way to convert most of our client onboarding paperwork to a digital process that was able to use conditional logic and capture e-signatures.

A solution that can be customized from start to finish according to your business needs.

Internal assignments and steps

Onboarding workflows, Service Workflows, Project Workflows, Contract Workflows and Negotiations, Task assignments, including a variety of forms to build from scratch or use already existing company templates. Include prospects, customers, partners, for signature, information forms, or document upload requests. Automatically save results to the the cloud, send via email, or sms, receive internal or send external, email or sms notifications of workflow status, progress or completion, and amazing real type technical support so you're never stuck trying to figure something out for the first time on your own.

What do you dislike about airSlate WorkFlow?

Depending on your use case, and how complicated a process you are trying to implement, setup can be time consuming however with that said, the workable result is well worth the effort, and it is very easy to implement simple contract negotation and signing sessions involving one or more parties as a replacement for basic esign solutions at a competitive price point.

Recommendations to others considering airSlate WorkFlow:

If you have any type of onboarding process, sales scripts, electronic signature needs or any number of team members working together toward a common goal, you need to take a look at airSlate.

What problems is airSlate WorkFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a company wide best practice, and eliminating a variety of individual technological struggles associated with using multiple different types of software and solutions. There is so much room for error when manipulating pdfs, preparing documents for electronic signature, and merging different technologies to accomplish a single task. All of these solutions rolled into one compatible managed platform with skilled customer support, reduces a lot of the frustrations for administration and the team.
