Airship has proven itself to be a reliable platform. Its seamless performance makes it a valuable tool for anyone looking to enhance their communication strategy. As well we have always had a great customer support.

Airship could improve its user interface, I have had some challenges executing in app messages and reviwing the activity log. The activity log needs a search functionality and date picker to make it useful.

We leverage Airship as our primary platform for sending push notifications, a key tool that empowers us to seamlessly communicate with our users and foster meaningful engagement.

I think its the ability to expand the data via dedicated dashboards. Built on the backbone of Looker, Airship's Performance Analytics is a very powerful tool to understand the audience and the impact of our communications.
