It is awesome that I can start parking in a lot on my schools campus using the app. It is very easy to use and even allows me to earn credits from scanning license plates. Would highly recommend

There are not many issues with Air Garage. Honestly there is nothing I dislike about the app.

I think the greatest benefit of the app is the ability to gain credits for parking spaces by scanning other car license plates.

It is the only app that is available in Arizona. You can image when you are late and you need a quick parking, then AirGarage is the best app for you. AirGarage has a quick response customer services. It is also cheaper than parking at any parking around ASU. You should to aware that some of the parking charge $3.00/30 minutes. But AirGarage is way cheaper and quickly and easy to get your spot. Also, you will understand whenever you are in late and there is an app you can search for which parking is available other than driving around ASU right?

Nothing I dislike about AirGarage. They are perfect.

I am super easier to find a spot to park around ASU. I can either track all of the parking that is available. This helps me to save a ton of time in finding a parking lots. I don’t need to drive around the campus and being stress out.

Great idea on how to convert unused spaces into available parking, especially where current options are super expensive. Easy from the user side and appears to be easy from the lot administrator side.

Lack of availability in all markets, sometimes fewer choices than desired. Seems to be fairly early in adoption meaning the network isn't as built out as it could be.

Definitely consider it as an option to convert your unused space into parking, especially if you're in a restricted parking area.

Finding alternatives to traditional parking services at a lower cost.

I've almost exclusively been using AirGarage for parking when I go to classes. The nearby church's parking is the closest lot to the buildings where my classes are, and so it's easy to park and just start my meter on the way. Also, customer service is quick and great! There was a time when I had forgotten to start my meter as I was already late to class, and I just got a text informing me that I had forgotten to start the meter and that it was started for me, and I really appreciated that courtesy text.

It gets expensive! It would be great if there was a rewards program of a sort for frequently using a parking spot.

I like that I can always tell when a lot is full before getting to it so that I know to change my route to a different lot and not have to circle around a full lot not knowing I wouldn't be able to park. Saves so much time!

I like that I don't have to have cash on hand to pay for parking. So far their payment system has been quick and accurate.

I don't really have anything that I don't like. It took awhile to get used to texting to pay or using an app, but now I like not having to have cash on hand.

AirGarage made it easy to manage our apartment parking lots and structures. We used to have tons of problems with people parking illegally and not knowing who was a resident, who was going to tour, and who was paying to park. Initially we were skeptical and were going to install parking barrier gates but good thing we didn't since we didn't have to pay any installation cost.

There should be more detailed reporting like how many times a lot is enforced or how many hours of parking were sold. But overall the reporting is good enough for our CFO.

If you negotiate hard enough they will wave the installation fee...

We spend significantly less time worrying about running a parking lot. We had a groundskeeper who spent most of his time collecting cash, putting out cones, and directing people where to park. We now use him for better causes like taking care of the landscape and improvements to the property so that's a plus.

We started using AirGarage a year ago after a parking lot attendant quit. It makes it easy for visitors to register for mass and to charge students for parking. Students like the app and don't have to use cash anymore. We can change the prices for different events and we can enforce against people who are parking without paying.

Sometimes they are moving features around on the dashboard and buttons can be hard to find.

Team is very responsive to our questions and helpful. They installed our signs for free too.

Less time spent on paperwork for keeping track of people parking in our lot. Also now we don't have to hire people to stand in parking lot for football games to sell parking.
