Ease of use, simple to set up, very intuitive, and customer service is great.

Really have nothing major to complain about. Sure there's always litle things to improve, but nothing stands out.

Our team has complicated workflows with a current project and airfocus makes managing that process, and the people involved streamlined and organized.

Custom templates and straightforward UX helped us set up our product management process in no time. A lot of customizable features (fields, views, prioritization with custom scoring) that we can tweak to fit our team's needs and scale our process easily. Our team especially loves the Priority Poker feature: makes collaborative prioritization so much fun and easy and helps us stick to our strategy and objectives.

It was a little overwhelming when we started as there are so many options. Templates and examples were a big help, and we used onboarding sessions to utilize the options airfocus offers better!

airfocus is now the single source of truth for all the PMS. Biggest Painkillers? Prioritizing, especially in our case where we are working on one product with 6 teams; collecting user feedback (airfocus Portal is a great feature!); creating and sharing our roadmaps internally and externally.

Flexibility and modularity of the Airfocus platform - everything is customizable and extremely user-friendly. Learning the tool is simply a pleasure. Since I started using the platform, my product management life has become way more organized and structured. It's the first PM platform that I'm trying, but I'm not likely to switch to another tool - there's simply no need for that.

There's nothing really to dislike about the product itself.

One thing that I just came across - they have released the 'Hierarchy' feature lately, and of course, this is a beta version for now, but some more introduction on how and where to find the setting enabling the hierarchy structure would be appreciated. I found it eventually updating settings for a different item, but this wasn't so obvious.

Plus no YouTrack integration, but that's not a huge flaw at the moment.

Worth all the money!

Planning, prioritizing, structuring my work in a better way - we have literally stopped wasting time on building things that have very little impact thanks to Airfocus.

I love the workspace options! the prioritization templates make it easy and quick to prioritize your roadmap. In addition, the feedback and insights workspace is great for collecting feedback both internally and externally. AND In pair with portals, makes for great presentation of your roadmaps! Support is also very timely in their responses and very helpful. And Priority Poker is a great exercise to do with your team to get them engaged in your roadmap meetings!

Interface can be overwhelming starting out, takes some time to get used to. But airfocus is constantly releasing new updates and improving the interface which makes it all better! and if you ever need help, their support is always available to help and answer your questions in a timely manner.

Business problem that airfocus is solving for us is:

- fast way to organize and prioritize roadmap items

- keep team engaged in roadmap meetings

- sharing roadmap items both internally and externally and gather feedback on roadmap

Intuitive interface with detailed features and high levels of customisation. The tool is enabling an increased speed of product function maturity and makes transparency of product planning a breeze

As the product progresses, better links with Jira would be great; particularly the ability to map custom airfocus fields with custom Jira fields (understandably, this hasn't been prioritised and basic Jira integrations are possible, allowing us to push skeleton info across)

1. Live information on the product roadmap; reducing rework or ad hoc views

2. Customised views of the roadmap; enabling easy toggling of the same information from different perspectives

3. Separation of duties between engineering and product; by breaking away from Jira, we have cleansed the engineering view so they can focus on work in flight and refined the product views so that we can provide a tool focussed on visions and outcomes rather than specifications of product (which remains in Jira)

Great UX across the product allows for quick access to any feature

I really had not faced issues using the tool as well as my team members.

I like that everything is at hand with their mobile app.

Unfortunately, now mobile app does not have all the features of the web app.

I wasn’t able to receive data on activity stream. I hope they implement it soon.

We use Trello and Zapier. It was so easy to integrate these tools and as result we have time left for more important things like getting real project work done.

no cons found really, the tools is very easy to set up and use.

Integrations with Trello, Zapier and Zendesk is what I truly love. And if budgdeting is one of the most important things in the project you should definitely try Priority Pocker.

Color scheme could be better, but for me it's the least important thing
