The service was reasonably priced, it was very straightforward and easy to setup an account. It's nice not having an overwhelming amount of options and setup upfront. Many of the MDM services are very complicated to get running, as I am only using 10 phones for this group it was nice to not go through the same options as a company with 500 phones.

Really small things I would change nothing major.

It helps me to solve my issue of managing my delivery driver's mobile phones, keeping the software up to date and being able to track the phones if lost.

I need to monitor and tweak settings on Android boxes we have in another state. This is an excellent tool that allows me to do that remotely and for a very reasonable price.

I like that I can do this from my phone or from my laptop.

The app on my phone that allows me to view or control the Android boxes is very strait forward and easy to use.

There was really no learning curve. It was not only easy to figure out but was very comprehensive in all the information it displays about each box I have setup.

I see no downsides to this tool. I did have some issues initially when trying to install and configure this on 10 Android boxes. Everytime I would install it and then open the app it would get one or 2 screens in and then it would loop or hang. It's like it was having trouble getting to the permission settings.

I finally figured out that if I installed the app but did not open it, I could go and enable all of the permissions first. Then when I opened the app it would open fine everytime. It could have just been an issue with my particular Android box.

With this product I won't have to drive 1100 miles one way to change settings or tweak my android boxes. The money it would cost me to make that drive just to tweak settings would be ridiculous.

I am impressed with the reliability of the remote support aspects of the software. We're running this on low processing power tablets and it works great.

Downloading the app onto the devices doesn't work as expected.

The dashboard works great and the customer support is good as well. Friendly people who answered quickly by mail or via their ticket system.

The application is also easy to use on Android.

Some things are to techinical, a bit more information could be usefull for users.

Mostly the enrollment of new versions of our application.

We work in a full remote company, and we needed to setup a little phone farm in the US. So we make somebody put all of those phones online and we remotely managed them like a charm.

The remote access is a little slow, but having in mind that we are managing them from a different continent it's completely understandable.

We needed to set some social accounts in the USA, with geolocation and US numbers. We purchased a set of 10 phones and set them up in a company building. Then we accessed them through AirDroid to configure them and start using, because we didn't have any technical people in that place.

AirDroid Business MDM has made device management organized and simple for us. The dashboard console can be accessed from any browser of our choice. It's easier now to connect with our team and ensure our devices are secure, thanks to geofencing. We also appreciate the digital signages, which help us communicate better with our customers.

While it took some time to set up, the available guides were helpful. Support is good too.

The geofencing alone has given me so much peace of mind, knowing our devices won't wander off. And the digital signages, they've been great for keeping our customers in the loop, especially during busy days.

AirDroid helps us to monitor and remote connect to our special android devices that are installed all over Brazil. Airdroid was the only Platform that allow to connect to our OEM device remotly smoothly.

The platform is the most friendly on the marke. They need to work on some interfaces to make it easy to find some functionalities. But not a big deal, their Sucess Team is really great and answer all our doubts really quick.

AirDroid solves our two main problems. They allow us to create a private APP store to mantain and update all our systems remotly with no problems.
