Onboarding process is kind for us, and their integrations provide what we need to integrate our channels
It is mostly focused on korean channels- despite they support tiktok and facebook (or instagram) which is what we need

- Airbridge has the most intuitive UI/UX compared to its competitors and other MMPs.
- Features and workflows are well-designed to satisfy the practical needs of marketers.
- The more you use the tool, the more you feel it is built by someone who understands digital advertising and marketing technology. So, for example, I can easily share the dashboard data with Google spreadsheets in real-time with one click. It seems nothing, but this minor feature is what marketers want.
- I could utilize every feature with an all-inclusive pricing package since they currently pursue no add-on policy. Therefore, the costs are predictable and reasonable.
I have not found any issues yet, but Airbridge is less recognized than its peers. Thus, you might eventually learn from scratch, which seems fine since Airbridge has very intuitive usability.
Airbridge has all the essential features marketers would expect from an MMP. As I had to run campaigns on various channels, seamless integration to ad channels was crucial. The Airbridge support team responded promptly to my integration request and delivered the desired outcome quickly. Its dashboard, where marketers can easily monitor and manage the integration status of each ad channel, is a plus.
One MMP has no competitive edges since MMPs provide almost the same features meaning they are indifferent. Thus, it is essential that they have flexible add-ons(which Airbridge does not have an add-on policy). Also, Airbridge provides a multi-touch attribution model, and no competitors offer that feature. Lastly, all MMPs will transform into marketing tools shortly. I read Airbridge is considering providing the MMM feature as well. All MMPs will need to be marketing analytics solutions, not simply acting as attribution solutions due to ATT issues. I am confident to use Airbridge because Airbridge will be equipt well with various analytics features.
Their "full-suite measurement toolkit" is my small business's most helpful and valuable tool. One significant upside of using Airbridge is its knowledgeable and responsive support team. They always respond promptly and with helpful solutions.
There have been a few days where the site doesn't seem to want to load much. It never lasts for more than a couple of hours, in my experience, but still frustrating nonetheless.

The best part of Airbridge is that they really take user's feedback very seriously and have them applied on their product updates whenever possible.
Nothing much critical. The only thing Airbridge lacks is a limited number of integrated partners which is only a matter of time.
