Push Notifications, metric aggregations, hooks with different communication softwares, email sending, and tracing for issues.
To be honest, I'm trying to figure out improvment points to this tool, but it's seems to be challenging.
Just go forward! Your business deserves it!
Basically we are solving the 24x7 monitoring problem over the production applications. The benefits it's clear, to be passive during most of the time, and actively during an raised issue.
The ability to see in real time how the erros appear on my service.
Airbrake let me track and follow each error occurrence on the service and track the origin to solve it later.
The number of occurrences per day.
I would like to see a 60-90-1year track of the issues on the error number distribution. This will help to get a general trend and detect any additional errors.
Error tracking, bug fixing, debugging.
Those are only a few issues that I can solve with airbrake.
This also help me to get control of all the aspects of my service.
The graphical representation of the issues is quite useful in understanding the severity of the errors. Different kinds of filters are really helpful to easily navigate and view the root cause of the issues. The feature to connect with different apps like Slack is quite useful too.
Though the user interface is good, it can be overwhelming for a first time user.
It is easy to find production issues and timely notifications regarding the issues help us to take prompt action about the major and repetitive issues.
How it integrates with existing systems. It was very easy to integrate with our existing codebase. And the integration was seamless.
Not really a dislike but I'd like to have a more powerful search feature.
