Easy to navigate, great customer support

The support team at AIMS 360 is truly outstanding. As both a long-time client and someone who’s contributed to the system’s layout, I’ve grown alongside the company and seen incredible progress in the platform.

The reporting features could use some improvement—especially when it comes to sell-through reports for accounts and styles. That’s been the biggest challenge for me.

AIMS 360 integrates seamlessly with all the other software we use, streamlining our workflow and saving us both time and money. It’s been a game-changer for efficiency.

I love that I am able to reach out for any assistance and I always receive prompt responses from the agents with very informative details. They are very patient with all of my questions.

Honestly, there is not really much to dislike from AIMS. You can get a little lost with all the features it offers, but I am happy that there are options to do mostly everything on there.

The most important problem I needed help with was for EDI. The agent helping me was very patient with me and showed me step by step on how to ensure I did everything correctly.

The software itseld is easy to use and train staff to use. At the same time, while no software is "off the shelf" ready to implement, the AIMS team was/is ready to support our adaptation... and continuously improve their processes to fit our needs.

Not really anything that I dislike. As mentioned, through the implementation, Aims has worked to accomodate and acclimate the programs to our needs as much as possible. At the same time, they are diligent in their scope assessments and work to protect our investment dollars through honest feedback in feasibility of our CI requests.

End to end solution for fabric, trims and notions inventory; production planning and complete throughput visibility; finished goods inventory, product sales and invoicing and distribution. Easily integrates with other softwares, Barcode scanning throughout our processes has taken much of the documentation error risk out of play. Provides reliable data quickly and in the most desirable format.

The support and development teams at AIMS are always ready to support our internal teams & are in constant communication to see how the software can better serve us.

I have not found a reason to dislike the system. AIMS allows for easy data entry that allows for high level export/manipulation of data.

AIMS has allowed us to move away from tracking inventory on Excel & Google sheets with simple and scalable functions that are easy to train our team on. We use AIMS for every step of our business, from inventory planning, through cut/sew/garment dye/finishing and outbound shipping. Seamless integrations for Shopify and Shipstation -- the repeatable setup has allowed us to run separate brands on one central system.

Everything is in one place for my style management, sales, and inventory. Easy to use and the integrations reduce redundancies.

NONE. I'M BEEN USING AIMS FOR THE LAST 25 YEARS AND I LOVE THE IMPROVES.

ORDER ENTRY, FABRICS ON HAND IT IS EASY BECAUSE THEY HAVE MANY OPTIONS/PLATFORMS LINE JOOR, SHOPIFY, NUORDER THAT HELPS TO AVOID ERRORS.

It is user friendly, the team provides articles that you are able to read, with customer service as the last resort. Insturctions are at your finger tips.

There are certain actions that we would like to implement and we often need to pay hefty fees and work with 3rd parties which we would rather not

Helps organize our product and orders

The best thing about AIMS360 is the amount of resources and assistance that we have received from the very beginning. From the live demos, numerous calls, and the time they take to ensure that all your questions and concerns are answered.

I haven't been able to use AIMS360 enough to call out any dislikes or issues quite yet.

The biggest problem we have had is having a single source of truth in terms of data. We are currently utilizing 3 different platforms for data and reporting so alot of times there is inaccuracy and data that is duplicated. By switching over to AIMS, we are eliminating one of our biggest issues.

It covers all bases for everything needed in a ERP system. It's easy to navigate and learn the processes and it expedites and streamlines a lot of our day to day activities. The support team is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Always helpful, always there to answer a question and really does go above and beyond to help! They've honestly been my saving grace several times.

There are some things minor things like development issues. Certain things are permanent and you can't undo or the workaround is a bit tidious but overall no complaints. These are minor faults.

Sales Reports, Keeping track of orders and customers as we have multiple clients, our styles and UPCs as we have over 5000 skus, Inventory management, and most important order automation, it allows certain parts of the business to run itself essentially.
