Agorapulse offers a great calendar view for clients' profiles as well as customizable reports to help you track postings and key in on important data.
I wish Agorapulse has a true drafting option. Once you've created a post you have to place it in a schedule or queue. With some clients this can mean posts get launched for being finalized, not all clients have or want a portal for reviewing content within the Agorapulse system.
We are able to quickly see messages to clients' pages and respond quickly resulting in more leads and conversions for our clients. Previously we would have to create specific task lists to go over clients once a week-now we can check in multiple times a day with ease!
I like that I can rely on the content to post, as well as its ability to be able to mass schedule Contant, while still being able to customize particular posts for particular platforms. An example of this would be posting a real to Instagram versus posting that same video, just size differently to LinkedIn. I also love the ROI feature and being able to connect ur google business account.
You do have to pay extra for Twitter analytics due to Elon Musk, charging third-party vendors to pull that data. I also wish that on all platforms and analytics, I could have the ability to separate out, paid social and organic social, as this is only available on 1 to 2 platforms.

Our move across to Agorapulse was unexpected however it was easy to implement, the platform is simple to navigate and we instantly saw the benefits of moving across.

We use this feature on a daily basis and it has allowed us to be more interactive with people who mention our companies.
We use the calendar to schedule and track all of our social media content. Having two businesses, Agorapulse makes it easy to track what content we have scheduled for each social media platform, when we're running campaigns and what events we have coming up. The ability to schedule posts across different platforms at the same time helps us with time efficiency, as does being able to duplicate previous content.
The character limit being set to 300 characters for LinkedIn is limiting when on the platform itself you can use more characters.
A useful feature would also be if you could post carousels on LinkedIn through Agorapulse.
When assigning posts to colleagues to approve, some posts are missed as the email notifications aren't always clear what needs approving, this means making the post a draft and re-sending for approval.
Agorapulse helps us with time management as we're able to easily schedule content using the calendar. It helps us keep track of all of our content which would otherwise be overwhelming to keep track of. The calendar provides a visual aid which allows us to add notes so we can easily plan out content.

They have affordable pricing for any business and customer service is THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! We had a different situation to where we had an agency running our accounts but we wanted things transferred in-house and the process was SO SEAMLESS. I use Agorapulse every day (maybe even multiple times a day) to post updates about our non-profit programing, making it 10x easier!
There's not much to say here. They are continuous updates that allow the best user experience and some issues are with the social media platforms not with Agora.

AgoraPulse used to be a more economical option but now it is just as expensive as Sprout and we left Sprout because of regular price increases.
The ability to manage many client's social media platforms all in one place in an organized manner with great reporting on the backend.
I will start off by saying that I did a LOT of research before settling on Agorapulse for my scheduling tool. I am a social media manager at a nonprofit organization and we post several times a day across four different platforms. Agorapulse has really expedited the time it has taken me to schedule our post. I love that I can edit them simultaneously if I need to differentiate them. It's a really easy interface and the customer service is excellent.
I wish there was a way to schedule a carousel on Instagram without having it be sent to my phone to be posted that way. I also wish that while I was scheduling all platforms at the same time that I could schedule the posting times to be different. I don't like the analytics very much - I downgraded my Agorapulse plan to not include much time on this so I can still pay for Iconosquare because it offers more and in a better format.

I am able to simultaneously edit posts going on various platforms. It solves the problem of me having to go back and forth and edit across multiple platforms. Saves a lot of time and frustration! I used to not be able to see notifications, mentions, messages, etc. very easily but now I can easily check those every day through Agorapulse. It has helped tremendously! I no longer miss things and it's so much easier to have in one spot. Unlike some other platforms, Agorapulse allows you to tag pages on Facebook and LinkedIn (not people profiles but no platforms allow for that) and on Instagram and Twitter.
I love the ease of being to plug in all the posts from each platform all at once and being able to customize each one! I love being able to respond to everyone on all platforms from one spot.
I think what I dislike the most is sometimes when you put the caption, link or whatever is into Agorapulse to schedule, it doesn't always pop up and can take a few minutes or a few tries to make sure it's ready to go.
Agorapulse just makes it easier to do mostly everything from one spot. There are only a few things I have to do ad hoc or by hand from my phone.

That we now have to pay extra for Twitter (X) monitoring. I guess it is the social media that charge extra but it is annoying. It could be cool to include AI in creating visuals and text for social media calendar.
