1. One on One with Ashish - The way ashish listens to our problem and understand it quickly, and providing solutions is fantastic. Very friendly and I am able to share all my problems and get a better solution.
2. Employee assessments - Quality of assessment questions. Bucketing the results in a proper category and providing daily tips and monthly catchups to overcome the issues are fanstic approach.

The surveys about the workplace experience, individual manager assessments that happen quarterly not only help in giving us an insight into our company's culture but also help young managers like me in understanding our strengths and weaknesses.
They can improve the UI of the application. It also gets hung intermittently.

The regular reminders on how to be a great team player. The public acknowledgement enabled by 'pat on back' and the regular surveys to proactively ensure issues are dealt with as soon as they can.
Nothing so far. The product does what it advertises and does it well.
Make sure the team leads understand how to use features like Pat on the back and to make sure they reply to all surveys when required. This will allow for the maximum benefit of the product.

If you are looking a way to understand and solve your team's challenges then give Agnya a try. Most products I came across gave me just data. Some gave a very superficial picture of what my employees wanted. Agnya's in depth view of the data with real time nudges for managers helped us move the needle.

It's a seamless tool. If you understand whats culture is, and why it is important to you, you will make the best use of it. If you don't believe in having a good culture or a good work-place experience as a Founder, then no tool in the world can help you.
It's an evolving tool. We had to customize a couple of modules to fit our requirements. Pick and Drop moduling will make it handier for founders.

Agnya is a software platform (slak based) which measures and strengthens company culture. The first step is collecting feedback. After all the information is gathered, the tool is giving you insights on what should be improved and communicated. The tool is based on data analysis, which gives you precise directions for developing company culture.
Its limited to surveys only which after a point may not give the right indications. We need to dive deep and enhance by making the system more concrete.
It will help using measuring the culture. As a CHRO of the company I want to drive a very culture driven organization.
