Real-time data on Workplace Experience

Provides the actionable insights which help us to drive the companies culture and well-being of the organization as a whole.

Quality of Support is Awesome.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

I did not find any reason to Dislike it.

If you're looking to have a real-time Work experience of your organization, I will Recommend Agnya to be the one.

What problems is Agnya solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically, to understand the real-time workplace experience

And as a manager, to understand my managerial skills and help by analyzing and providing deep-dive insights on the corrective or action plans.

Most importantly, the Flatform ethics that it maintains regarding information confidentiality or data security is very appreciable.

What do you like best about Agnya?

1. One on One with Ashish - The way ashish listens to our problem and understand it quickly, and providing solutions is fantastic. Very friendly and I am able to share all my problems and get a better solution.

2. Employee assessments - Quality of assessment questions. Bucketing the results in a proper category and providing daily tips and monthly catchups to overcome the issues are fanstic approach.

I do not have any dislikes with agnya product

What do you like best about Agnya?

The surveys about the workplace experience, individual manager assessments that happen quarterly not only help in giving us an insight into our company's culture but also help young managers like me in understanding our strengths and weaknesses.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

They can improve the UI of the application. It also gets hung intermittently.

Recommendations to others considering Agnya:

What we realized looking at the Agnya trends is that the focus on employee engagement as well as taking proactive steps for improving the workplace experience has become even more imperative in the current scenario.

The graphs and metrics demonstrated on Agnya can be of great benefit to achieve this.

What problems is Agnya solving and how is that benefiting you?

The #patontheback gestures that employees can give each other on slack give us excellent results on not just overall employee productivity but also help boost the morale of the employees.

What do you like best about Agnya?

1) My team has the confidence to give honest feedback as it is anonymous.

2) As a leader, I get insights into employee experience gaps in my team. I love the fact that it also measures how managers are managing teams.

3) It sends frequent messages on what a manager can do to change the experience in the team.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

Our managers had some initial doubts about understanding the frameworks. But the team was readily available to help and support. They guided my team well.

If you are serious as a leader to maximize your team's potential, then this is the tool for you.

What problems is Agnya solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identify what is blocking my team's performance from an employee experience POV. If they are demotivated, then why is that. My team has been missing fewer deadlines since we started implementing Agnya.

What do you like best about Agnya?

The regular reminders on how to be a great team player. The public acknowledgement enabled by 'pat on back' and the regular surveys to proactively ensure issues are dealt with as soon as they can.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

Nothing so far. The product does what it advertises and does it well.

Recommendations to others considering Agnya:

Make sure the team leads understand how to use features like Pat on the back and to make sure they reply to all surveys when required. This will allow for the maximum benefit of the product.

What problems is Agnya solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the world in a tizzy due to being forced to work remotely, we needed a solution to make sure we are keeping our employees happy and engaged.

By using Agnya, we are able to see data driven metrics on how teams are faring, how the leads are leading and the 'pat on back' feature has been embraced by all team members.

What do you like best about Agnya?

The depth of the product is amazing. It allowed me to identify the challenges my team was facing but also gave me real time recommendations on how I can solve them. Managers get frequent nudges to support their teams better.

Plus the support from the Agnya team is awesome. They help you at every step to make the right choices for your company and team.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

It can be initially daunting to understand all the insights that the system shares. But the team hand holds at every step and makes sure that we get the best out of the tool. No complains so far.

Recommendations to others considering Agnya:

If you are looking a way to understand and solve your team's challenges then give Agnya a try. Most products I came across gave me just data. Some gave a very superficial picture of what my employees wanted. Agnya's in depth view of the data with real time nudges for managers helped us move the needle.

What problems is Agnya solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we were growing, we saw that the managers in our team needed support to get the best out of their teams. And we didn't want our best talent to leave. With Agnya, we have been able to collect feedback from employees on things that matter to them. Now we know how we can provide the right experience to our teams before they decide to leave.

What do you like best about Agnya?

Regular reminders on what areas to focus on.

Agnya has been bey helpful with all the periodic surveys and insights to help drive my focus

I specially love the pat on back feature where people can appreciate each other by giving pats, this gets recorded and I recognise the people who got most pats every month and also those who have the most.

Building a culture where people appreciate each other regularly.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

Too many notifications sometimes being at the top of the org chart

Good tool for internal culture management. But it’s just a tool, you will need to act on it, it won’t make the culture for you.

What do you like best about Agnya?

It's a seamless tool. If you understand whats culture is, and why it is important to you, you will make the best use of it. If you don't believe in having a good culture or a good work-place experience as a Founder, then no tool in the world can help you.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

It's an evolving tool. We had to customize a couple of modules to fit our requirements. Pick and Drop moduling will make it handier for founders.

What problems is Agnya solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agnya helps you realize the strength of any organization - TEAM. A good team can do wonders, and a bad one can close the show. Agnya told us specifically what needs to be done and what we need to stop doing. Its a complete guide to your entire organisations Work Place Expereince.

What do you like best about Agnya?

Agnya is a software platform (slak based) which measures and strengthens company culture. The first step is collecting feedback. After all the information is gathered, the tool is giving you insights on what should be improved and communicated. The tool is based on data analysis, which gives you precise directions for developing company culture.

What do you dislike about Agnya?

Its limited to surveys only which after a point may not give the right indications. We need to dive deep and enhance by making the system more concrete.

It will help using measuring the culture. As a CHRO of the company I want to drive a very culture driven organization.
