The customer service you get is the best part of Agility PR. You have a team that is at ready to assist, update and keep you on top of the many tools available. The platfrom is comprehensive, intuitive, easy to use and affordable.

I can't say there is anything I dislike. It's easy to use, search, pull lists, etc.

Agility has given my clients quick access to broader media contacts and media reach in an easy-to-use format. We can target very specifically and reach the media quicker through the tools available.

Like any PR tool that serves every market, information will never be complete or always current, but Agility is extremely responsive in catching what is missed.

It allows me to capture and track key media targets and research topics. It also is great at tracking, sorting and filtering coverage, as well as analyzing trends.

The system is easy to use, and they regularly update both the outlets and journalists in their databases - a huge plus for us to know what's going on in media.

I have not experienced and shortfalls with their database - wish I had discovered it sooner!

I like the access to regularly updated media lists, the ease with which to find journalists, and I really like the influencer streams!

Perhaps best, saving lists and tracking client program coverage through keywords is fast and easy. And the reporting features are super helpful. Everything is in one place, which speeds up the creation of clear and accurate reports.

We have yet to find any downsides to using Agility PR Solutions. It's cost-effective and easy to use, and the support is second to none. Simply outstanding. As with anything, there is always room for improvement. I just haven't found it yet.
