Great Alternative to Netsuite

PROS: We recently switched from NetSuite to Agiliron, and the transition has been nothing short of excellent. The onboarding and implementation process was smooth and efficient, with great support every step of the way. Their team is responsive, service-oriented, and truly invested in our success. Plus, the lower fees make it an even better choice. We’re very happy with the switch and highly recommend Agiliron to any business looking for a powerful yet cost-effective solution! CONS: Could use some more customizations and could have accounting built in.

AgilIron is able to consolidate all of our current backend systems into one comprehensive program with so many options to handle future growth.

It is very complex and has a steep learning curve, but the staff is there with you at every step to help

Know that the initial investment will pay off for many years in the future. The AgilIron has so many facets to it, it allows for growth into the future without having to find new systems to handle a complex business. They continue to improve their software as new challenges arise for its clients.

What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?

It consolidates all parts of our business including wholesale, retail, e-commerce, inventory, CRM, as well as business intelligence and reporting. The number of hours it saves weekly in backend management more than pays for the program.

What do you like best about Agiliron?

Agiliron displays itself as the all in one solution I've been looking for. Having an online store front, a backend management system, and an inventory management system fits all my needs as a wholesale distributor.

What do you dislike about Agiliron?

The only slight downside is not having tech support immediately available at my beck and call. Understood that staffing is an issue everywhere though. Other than that, the product itself is fine!

What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agiliron is helping modernize a business that is well over 20 years old that survived by pen and paper previously.

PROS: - Wide range of integrations. The integrations are also detailed and customisable. Setting up integrations is easy and the integration connections are reliable. - Wide range of features, the software has many many features compared to the competition. - Affordable price point compared to alternatives - Various inventory options such as assembly, kitting, matrix etc. - Formula based pricing for products - Easy excel import and export options - Very good reporting and ability to create custom reports CONS: - The software is localised for the North American Market, weight and date formats for example are localised and different to other regions - Payment processing integrations are limited to North America and do not work for Europe

Get this software for you small wholesale business or a retail store

PROS: From the very beginning every team member from agiliron has been very good and informative. We were trained so well with the software that any average user can also take maximum advantage of the software. The fact that the whole system is on the cloud makes is a very big advantage to me, I can access the system from anywhere and make invoices on the go. I can easily add/remove a product, edit price of a product, create purchase orders, send emails to vendors, customers from my ipad or phone too. The engineering team works hard to get updates to the software and help fix any bugs too. They have a Business Intelligence reporting section that helps me slice and dice my data any way I want and general informative reports for building the business or regulatory government reporting. CONS: Sometime there are bugs here and there, I report that and they are resolved within a few hours.

"Excellent company!"

What do you like best about Agiliron?

We have been working with Agiliron for a number of years and could not be happier. We have been in business over 45 years and have had a hard time finding a company that is not only personable, but efficient as well.

Most companies we find, wanted to sell you their system then basically forget about you. Frankly, we are a small company and I know they must have bigger clients but they always make us feel like we are very important and go out of their way to help us. I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.

What do you dislike about Agiliron?

We have not found any negatives with using this software program.

What problems is Agiliron solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory and Channel management. Also, purchase orders and general operations.
