We are in the industry of distributing pharmaceuticals, so we have huge fleets of trucks, vans, semis, and other modes of transportation within 13 distribution centers across the United States. We are always looking for more efficient and speedier routes while maintaining our safety of our drivers and our vehicles. AgileAssets keeps up with the operations of our fleet, and keeps our routes efficient and allows us to maintain our 99% delivery rate. There are also safety features that track our drivers and vehicles for maintenance and other issues.

Customer service could be better, but it may be due to our niche market of pharmaceuticals and needing to expedite product due to temperature or specialty and type of drug.

It was very user friendly easy to track projects with timeline. The platform to have thousands of projects in one location and track them easily and print and share with others.

It was some glitches with adding new products under the already developed program. The guidelines could be developed in more easier way to understand and do it personally.

Running operations efficiently is hard so it is trying to solve that problem which is key for supply chain management

Our clients tested AgileAssets as new software to manage physical assets in multiple locations. However, usability features were not matched to their current software IBM Maximo. Though some users did commend that the new features were comparatively better, many users found it hard to implement.
