Agentnoon has phenomenal customer service and an excellent product. It is an elegant yet straightforward tool that enhances all aspects of our organizational design.

I would like a link to a secure portal to upload spreadsheets. This is NOT an Agentnoon shortfall; it is an issue with our internal security that we cannot access certain systems.

There were some initial product glitches but they were addressed almost in real time given the proximity of their product and customer teams.

Dave and his team were extremely accommodating to our requests and always very responsive! They are a team of very talented people who always prioritize the needs of their customers!

We ran into a few glitches and issues here and there during our usage of the performance product they had custom-built for us, however, the team was very quick to respond and fix those issues. the UI also was not super smooth initially but over time, it improved greatly. Overall, this product has great potential and we are excited to see how it will evolve even more!

Before Agnentnoon we did not have a performance product to help us through the cycles. It took away a lot of our manual work and gave us a platform we could use to host our performance in a more organized and official manner.

As one of the earliest customers of Agentnoon, their UI was not the best at the beginning. However, the interface is much better now with the Agentnoon team growing.
