I have been using Afton Tickets as of late and the level of convenience for not only myself but for my customers has been game changing. Afton tickets is a one stop shop for providing and purchasing tickets as well as tracking analytics. The openers I get to book for my shows have seen a benefit when booking with me due to Afton ticket's "tip the performer" option when customers are purchasing their tickets at checkout. Their support and quick response makes them an easy choice and I'm happy I gave them a shot.
There isn't much I dislike, maybe the small ticket fee which every ticketing company has. At least Afton's fees are much lower than most.
The issue of having eveything includng analytics in one spot.. Afton tickets makes it very easy to do payouts for sales due to all of information being in one place.
My favorite part about using Afton is the ability to email or directly call my representative. I have never had to speak to a chatbot!

Their system needs more functionality, but they have heard our requests and have taken them seriously to try and implement a solution. They hold personal meetings to discuss needs and changes specific to our venue. It is extremely helpful.

Vince and the team at Afton tickets were nothing short of amazing! My team spent less than 10 minutes walking through and leaving the system and if we needed any assistance they made themselves available! Overall a wonderful experience and I'll be using them again!

I wanted a system that was easy to navigate and had all of the reports and data that I look for. Having everything under one system did wonders for our operations this year.
The platform is intuitive and easy to use. All the possible setting you might want to use are avaialble and ready ti implement. Customer support is avaialble at all times, always friendly and ready to answer questions. Idefinitly reccomend it!
That is not apple friendly and only android at the moment

I switched my 10+ year running event over to Afton after using a competor for years. The personal touch is the difference. You have an actual account manager with Afton, if our case Jordan Westlund, who was wonderful. He helped with everything from our initial migration, adding merch, driving visibility and promotions, to day of tweeks. Full service, really great!

the only minor thing was the POS system arrived in a bit of a disorganized fashion and we had to scramble a bit to get all the devices synced and charged. It really wasn't a big deal though and the previous company we worked with didn't provide a POS system at all, so...

The customer service is top notch. We have utilized numerous ticketing software companies, but Afton has been above them all in areas of customer service, hands on help with larger events or new staff, sufficient amount of units, chargers and accessories. If an item acts up, they are on top of it to get it swapped out or fixed. Quick responses and alway answer the phones for help during an event.
The event reconcilation report is great. It gives more breakdown than what I need, but better to have more than not enough. Very easy and user friendly interface for event building.
Nothing about Afton is a dislike, would like to see additional upgrades in the future plans.
End of the night seller reports - they could be broke down more like a report categorizing the different transactions, like Cash = XXX, Card = XXX, Refunds = XXX etc. It is just a long "tape run" currently.
Additional Training videos in certain areas would be helpful. They do have some, but don't cover all areas.
Training Mode event that would allow all different transactions to train new staff.
I receive very thorough event reconcilation reports that works great for our partnering sponsors and any potential auditing. The free of charge equipment is wonderful for our venue.

Their customer experience and customer service is great! They are quick with responses and are always available when you need it. They actually seem to care and do whatever they can to make it a positive experience. Also their ticketing fees are lower than most other companies. It's also great how customers can tip the artists during ticket checkout.
