"AfterShip Tracking and Returns Services are extremely helpful"
What do you like best about AfterShip?

AfterShip is a great app to connect to your store and help communicate with your customers. I started with them because they were one of the few that connected with our regional carrier in the Midwest - Spee Dee Delivery. Customer service and easy of use really alot of features we can use compared to others

As of now there is nothing to dislike id like to use it more

The app is very intuitive, reliable and high quality functionality!

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

We wish there could be a 'Starter' type plan with more features for startups that can scale as we grow. But that's only related to price. The service and the platform are very high quality so one definitely gets their money's worth.

What do you like best about AfterShip?

It's the only tool that really suits my use case since my business isn't integrated with any e-commerce solutions/platforms. The UI is also very similar to Shopify which helps with the onboarding experience. When I requested for help with my issue from Aftership, I was connected quickly with an agent (Nitin) which assisted me quickly through Google Meet.

What do you dislike about AfterShip?

Everything is good as of now, I don't really find anything wrong with it.
