I haven't seen any real downsides of using affirm.

Benefits are increased average order amounts as people can buy more valuable and higher-margin items with financing through Affirm.

What fascinates me the most is the customer service. Affirm helped us at all times.

Affirm is easy to use and track sales. Their dashboard lets me see how much money we are making and how often it's used.

Something that they need to work on is follow-up with new customers. It will be nice if the first 1-3 months after a company is using their services, receive an email, call, or meeting to see hows the performance and if changes are necessary like positon, advertising, or functionality.

Affirm has helped our small company grow by allowing us to offer our customer's the ability to break their large purchase into smaller payments. Affirm has been flexible and accommodating for us.

Affirm offers our competitors better rates which makes it harder for us to compete. I understand why (because of the sheer volume that they do) but it is a big disadvantage to us when we are trying to be competitive in our pricing strategy.

The problem we are solving with Affirm is making our product more affordable to the masses. The benefit is that people who otherwise aren't able to afford our product now can afford it!

The thing we love best about affirm is that it has increase the average order value and that it allows us to safely offer finance options to our customers without a credit check

The only thing we can think of that we dislike about using affirm as a check out option for our customers is that we wish more of our customers could get approved.

Affirm allows our customers to pay over time with great interest rates and many options for payments. Affirm also provides loads of marketing materials and directly interfaces with our Shopify website. It couldn't be easier!

I have had zero issues so far with Affirm. Their development team and their marketing team have been truly great to work with. If there is a downside, I haven't found it yet.

We have increased our sales on our website by a very good amount just due to affirm giving customers the ability to pay over time. Also when they aren't approved, we can see that and reach out with other options.

I like best that you get an instant decision without it affecting your credit, and if you don't qualify, you can check back in 15 days.

It doesn't allow you to browse the different stores in the app without checking how much you qualify for first for each store.

I don't have to use any of my saved cash reserves, and I can pay for large purchases over time with a set payment is one problem using Affirm solves for me. Another is if I have an emergency expense that caught me off guard. The benefits I've realized is that I have had one of those emergencies, and I was able to pay over time, and when I had enough money to pay it off early, I didn't get penalized for doing so.
