"Effective CRM to enhance the participation of sales and marketing"
What do you like best about Affino CRM?

The feature available to see users who have visited the web page makes it very easy for B2B companies to retarget customers. Use of customers ladders for lead scoring and the use of conversion events makes the CRM best choice.

What do you dislike about Affino CRM?

The ticket system for any issues can only be opened by Administrators (Which are ideally 2 from each company) Other power users do not have the ability to open tickets for any issue which can be improved.

Recommendations to others considering Affino CRM:

There should be free training available for new users of Affino or enough material to guide them

What problems is Affino CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company wanted to find out who are interested users for the products and services visiting a page of the website and then use the CRM to export the list for targeting those people or use the automation to send emails. We have managed to create customer ladders, ranking each suspect, prospect, customer and advocate. Then we use the conversion funnel to target those people which has been the most beneficial feature according to me.

"Its been a good CRM but not the best in the market"
What do you like best about Affino CRM?

It's very easy to use as such as defining demographics, audience segmentation, ranking the visitors as per activities as such (Lead scoring) - Email open gets 10 points, inactivity gets -5 points. This has been very effective for our business before and the CRM has effectively generated leads for our business. Another best thing about the software was the customer ladder - which was also affiliated with the audience segmentation this has made us design our strategy to its best for lead generation and demand generation.

What do you dislike about Affino CRM?

It is very pricey when compared to other CRM's in the market. The total price of getting a single licence is the same as getting 10 licences for Hubspot. Secondly, it's not an easy CRM, the UX/UI of the CRM are a little bit complicated. It gets difficult for new users to find their way around. And also training is not free for users although there ate some materials which are available on their website.

What problems is Affino CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a CRM which we use to make our retargeting program to be effectively better. We started using Affino CRM in 2020 with a goal which was promised to us to get us 15% increased conversions, The CRM has been effective for us for integration of marketing automation with dot digital (Although it has its own email marketing tool) And has made us be effective in defining our strategies around re-engagement and lead generation campaigns.
