Outstanding customer service on refund

I was horrified when money was taken from our business account and I didn't know anything about it ... but I have to say I managed to get hold of their customer service complaints who dealt with my anger in such a way that I became calm and we found a happy resolution to the problem and I got my money back. Thank you - excellent customer service.

AdYouNeed stopped working in February 2022

AdYouNeed stopped working in February 2022. Support informed in March that the system would be up in April. But AdYouNeed is still down today.

Support does not offer guarantees but informed that the system will be down at least till June 2022. (..)
