Including, Spotify, Netflix, Uber or Mango or Superdry transactions are handled by your payments, possibly via this 'startup'. Essentially based on an end-to-end framework that manages every aspect of the system of digital payments and enables its users to take an international step without implementing new applications or systems that may not be so easy to establish.
CONS: In order to determine the disadvantage of using this tool, in overall, the cost is effective, because it is important to understand that the cost system is complicated, it is distinguished in a report of many sites, we fully understand that the fees via Ayden assumed a business 3.5 percent by each transaction or, whether it is via online banking, 0.25 euros for every payment.

A single provider for payments, instore, online and telephone
The name of Adyen may be unknown to the general public, but it is the company that handles the collections of some of the most famous companies in the world. Spotify, Netflix, Uber or purchases in Mango or Superdry, among others, your payments are being managed, probably, through this 'startup'. Based on an end-to-end platform that controls every part of the online payment process and allows its clients to take a global leap without adopting new software or infrastructures that are not so easy to implement.
For seeing a negative side ... who uses this platform, in general, is expensive, since it is necessary to emphasize that the price system is complex, it is defined in a document of several pages, we know that the charges through Ayden suppose a company 3.5% for each transaction or, if it is through direct debit, 0.25 euros per transaction. Quantity that there is to increase minimum to the product to win, it is also true that there are usually cheaper periods and punctual offers, as well as free months, try and then pay, which is what catches the customer.
Recommended as it is a startup that is behind the success of many global companies both 'online' and in the physical world, therefore it is a safe bet, as these companies invoice billions almost daily. Through this intermediary a large flow of payments passes, essential for the operation of large companies that decide to trust an external company to manage their collections.
I have used it for the expansion of my company, handmade company, which needs to face the reality of adapting to markets with very different payment methods. Adyen accepts 250 forms of payment, all without any failure or restriction, in addition to the credit card is being in the background, and note that even Bitcoin is also integrated, which is what they use most on my website and it is amazing.
One of the most convenient sources that helps me be the most productive with the least amount of effort. Definitely takes a huge load off of me
There is nothing negative. Wish i would of discovered it sooner
I didnt think it would benefit me but its helped in countless ways
As a customer support agent, I use Adyen almost every day. One of my tasks is to check the refund and payment status of customers. I did not use the entire function as my role is set to be limited. I find that even in a limited access role, I still can find most of the information needed to assist with customers' inquiries. I like the simplicity of the interface which is easy to use and navigate. I also like the search results display if I am looking for certain transactions especially when a user reported fraudulent payment occurred from their card but they don't have much information. I can just search the payment using the last four-digit number of the card, their name, and the amount of transaction as well as use their User ID in our database.
If you activate pre-authorisation for your transaction, Adyen will show the fee of pre-authorisation at the search list instead of showing the final amount charged which kind of hassle to open up each transaction to find out more information.
Based on my role set in Adyen, I can assist in whitelisting or blocking a card if the user passes the verification in case Adyen blocks the card due to suspected fraud. Another thing it helps me to retrieve the refund letter which I can share with users if they need to locate a refund with the card issuer. Not only that, Adyen helps me to process full or partial refunds depending on the user's situation.
