AdvanceFlow software upgraded the company's internal audit issues. It has been of great use and value because it brings everything needed for an audit. The files are available in real time bringing super detailed and personalized reports with options for actions, dates, users, devices. It's very safe and reliable.

Honestly, we didn't have any reports of problems or errors in the software for us to comment. So far the audits are perfect with AdvanceFlow.

AdvanceFlow greatly facilitates the handling of internal company audits and the confidentiality of user data. The admin can view the full, real-time item reports for better analysis. Few tools have given us so much peace and efficiency to do this activity occasionally. As it is fully managed in the cloud, it works from anywhere and on any device, providing flexibility.

Is a great tool for autiding purposes. Has a wide variety of tools and convines enterprise level processing power with the cloud. Is secure, very easy to use and you perform several tasks at once

The platform is great for document management. I think the only thing I dislike that it was too efficient and I wish I had discovered this software before!

We have access to the tools whether we are in the office or in the field since it is cloud based. We never worry about downloading any software, installing software, or updating software because the system is cloud based are we are able to perform complex audits without compromising quality anytime, anywhere. The system allows us to perform several tasks at once and for data intense tasks they are simplified by templates that we use from the system to complete such tasks. Its multilayer security allow only authorized users to access files in the system or through email making it secure and reliable. Funding clients and performing consolidations is even easier in the system with its trail balance capability. In addition, GoFileRoom platform makes the audit streamlined with the integrated file management system.

It's complexity requires minimum system requirements that are higher like a higher resolution monitors of which they are not cheap. It also needs on job training for employees to make full use of the system and automate processes.

Advance Flow makes work easier and reduces the need for extra costs on hardware because it runs from the cloud. It is a great option for both small and large enterprises that need streamlined and smooth audits in their organization.

We perform our audits with up to date data that syncs from all users in real time. Most importantly, we are able to access the system and perform large scale audits from anywhere without the need to be in the office. Most of the processes of an audit are simplified and automated in the system making it easy for us to focus on other important tasks and increase our productivity.

Being cloud based we don't need to be at office to access its best auditing tools, we can access it anywhere while collaborating with our fellow users wherever they are. Advanceflow has trouble cooperating with old systems as it is advanced and far forward, of which it isn't its problem. As of now we have no trouble using it.

Auditing needs to be flexible and quick while not leaving any stone unturned. Advanceflow helps achieving greatness with ease.

No matter how complex the audit is, we always get the tools for the work wherever we are due to its cloud based convenience.

I used the free demo and I was able to see how great this software is. Has amazing auditing tools for data intensive sharing and streamlined engagements. Uses the go file room Platform. I tried different workflows to maintain document retention policies and the integration was great

There is nothing I dislike. Advanceflow has a great cloudbase architecture for complex audits.

I liked that you can work completely in the cloud, and even linked integrations. I loved the advanced workflows and their real time collaboration capabilities to exchange files with colleagues online. I recommend it!

At the time of the audits for our company it has been of great advantage, since it makes all the files or documents available to us in real time. It gives us a detailed report where we can see the history of all the actions carried out, allowing us to keep track of the start and end dates of each of them. We can feel safe due to the support it offers us, its auditing tools facilitate a more complex handling of clients and with more data.

It is an interface that requires technical knowledge to be able to handle it in its entirety, draw on its tools completely and obtain expected results, so that new members who do not have said knowledge cannot exercise complete management through this software without first being trained, I think a less complex interface to handle would be an attractive solution to this. For our company, despite the aforementioned, it continues to give us powerful tools and support for our workflow, therefore it is a very powerful software.

Very serious problems because the financial data or the audit was a very slow process that caused the accountants to suffer upon reaching a conclusion or answers to finish the work and know how our organization is financially, that is why we are looking for a solution to help accountants to review much faster, We found this AdvanceFlow service that allows you to help speed up the process and deliver a quick report and all through the cloud that makes it safer, in addition to offering incredible support to help much more In the process, very happy with the software.

The web portal seems to work ok after you install all the plugins / addons required for it to load properly.

Onboarding/setup. We were coming from caseware and their Data conversion utility to covert caseware to advanceflow sucks. First we had some dependecy the program needed but it didn't prompt and tell you that. IT gave a debug log where you had to dig through and puzzle it together. Even their on tech team was baffled for a while. After we got the program to actually open, we had other errors where we had to send sample folders to them only to find out the program does not work with periods in directory names. Then we could not just rename the folder, we had to also rename all the files in the folder to match. Then the program would not work properly as a standard user, would not work in elevated admin rights. Would only work from a logged in admin user. This is the worst experience. In the end we wasted weeks just to get to the point of actually putting data in advanceflow.
