The versatility between all the channels is king!
The e-mail integration is not that easy to do.
Just grab it, the value is great!!
I can give a better customer support for my clients
Its nice that it will auto aggregate every inbound lead into a nice dashboard view that I can followup with easily
The UX and interface can be a little clunky at times
I wanted a unified social inbox solution and Adsoup is a good tool for that.
It is a quite nica app. You can connect many customer channels like: FaceBook, e-mail, LiveChat, WhtasApp... Ad also you can move your customer across steps of sales funnel.
It is still in development. Some functionalities need improvent. Better funnel view would be better.
Buy it as an investment
Selling to customers.
Ad soup helps me navigate information easily and is very user friendly . The research that the program provides is very helpful in learning more about clients
I wish the system was a little faster. I would get more done if it was better organized in the tabs section
Yes I would recommend
Helps me get to know clients better via research portals. Very in depth software to help me get more information prepping for ad buys
I do like how the applications aggregates your mailboxes, and lets you know if you have new leads. There are easy ways to make yourself online or offline but still work through messages.
Where to begin. There is no way to link your email without it forwarding all emails from your account, and this causes issues when trying to reply to emails on the go. You have to use the adsoup application, not gmail, or it will not be processed correctly. Also, this is not really meant to just reply to the random customer, it is meant to work on leads, but you can only add Facebook as a social media, when a lot of our leads are actually generated via email and twitter. We basically cannot use this program for what we need.
This is not a great way to aggregate all your emails together, it is better if you are a sales team working on leads that are generated online.
Ad soup is a great way to work with a larger group of people, especially if there is more than one person who is handling leads. The company I work for only has two people to handle this, but if it were a team of like 20 it would allow managers to delegate leads to different employees.

My favorite part about Adsoup is keeping all of the clients separated by tiers of knowledge. Being able to concisely combine communication channel;s between them and being able to toggle between a blank notepad full of knowledge and notes can be irreplaceable when you're closing someone on a call.
It's a bit too intensive if you are just working with a minimal client base and are doing a lot of cold calls.
If you are working with a sales guy and are just trying to burn through calls, this platform isn't the best for that, instead it is best for pre-qualified leads.
AdSoup is great if you already have a sales flow and want to improve your game.
Adsoup excels at placing all of your forms of communication together. So if you are trying to separate all the various leads from different platforms this is the one for you, but it doesn't work well with big cold calls spreadsheets.
ORganization of a niche amount of clients who have been pre-approved, need to be closed, and need a special amount of attention.
