Above everything else, there service, care and attentional to detail for their clients is beyond any other platform. They genuinely want you and your team to succeed. The platform is easy to use, loaded with technology and features, and it feels borderline impossible to not run a successful campaign.
I would not call it a dislike, more like a pipe dream. If they could figure how to operate Google Ads from the platform they would be the best advertising platform on the planet.

It's simple to use and the customer service and account mangement is exceptional.
The reporting is not as easy to work around compared to other marketing platforms but this is minor compared to the amazing things that Adroll s capable of.

The only downside is that campaigns can take up to 24 hours to go live.

As of today, I have not found any negatives to using Adroll. The system works great for my needs. The only thing I might recommend is adding more Youtube instructional videos.

Honestly, I like everything about it. If I could use a magic wand, I would make the following changes:
1) Do not authorize payment for a campaign; a few clients freak out when they see it authorize
2) Have more 3rd party data options and a more bottomless option of contextual targets
3) Have the ability to prioritize what conversion events a campaign would optimize for
4) Have a way to duplicate a campaign
It helps me target customers effectively through traditional banner ads. Going direct to Google is an option, but AdRoll does a better job of ensuring your banners are in front of the right users now.
