ADP Workforce Now Reviews

We transitioned to ADP WFN in November and it's been a great add-on for our company. We were able to merge our benefits administration with our payroll as well as eliminate a lot of manual spreadsheet tracking for things like PTO & sick leave at the same time. It's been a game-changer for our company and was as seamless of an integration as it could possibly be. The implementation team went above and beyond ensuring our data was captured in the correct format which eliminated hand-keying timesheets manually entirely.

No downsides at all! I've found The Bridge to be extremely useful in helping me find answers to one-off questions that have arisen which keeps us moving right along with our payroll processing.

In the past, our Benefits Administration open enrollment was processed through Employee Navigator requiring us to download employee elections and hand-key them into our previous payroll system. With Benefits Administration handled within ADP, deductions are auto-loaded to each employee's pay profile saving a tremendous amount of time and eliminating the possibility of keying errors.

ADP provides continuous products to help better function any business. The ADP Representative are extremely knowledgeable and available to assist with any portion of their system being utilized by your company. Do not hesitate to join ADP to help your company grow and move fast with the most up to date technology.

I have no concerns with any of the ADP system with use.

ADP is currently making our onboarding process smoother and easier.

It's simplicity speaks for itself. One of the easiest payroll platforms that I've ever used.

Classic view had an easier flow to it and appearance was better.

The capability for our users to automatically log in and make basic changes themselves.

Reporting is top-notch. If there is a report we need and it is not available, creating our own reports saves us time and money! Payroll runs smoothly and is easy to process. Employee self-service is a huge win, as employees can use the computer or app to get paystubs, tax forms and request time off.

The customer service can be a challenge.

ADP continuously updates so we have the best product available. The recruiting and onboarding has saved us countless hours. We are able to quickly onboard new staff-- gathering paperwork, doing mandatory trainings and even completing the I9.

I like the ease of learning it. ADP is truly user friendly. When I first got into payroll I knew nothing about ADP. 6 years later I am pretty darn good in ADP. They let you know when things will change and what they are changing. If I ever get stuck, yes it happens. I create a support ticket and have help in a very short time.

It is not a dislike so to speak. I would like to see the PTO hours zero out when we term someone. Right now as it stands we term and have to go back in to zero out, if we do not, if they are rehired their previous balance shows up. This happens even after we pay them out their PTO in final check.

On boarding and hiring

ADP portal is very user friendly. If you aren't certain how to complete a task, calling customer support they will guide you through each step and will even go the extra mile and screen share with you so, they see exactly what you see. It's a great feature!

A wish i have is to be able to access pay profile from the personal profile.

Currently - you are able to access a quick link for: employment, benefits, talent, statutory compliance.

Custom Reporting, Custom Dashboards, Issue Ticketing Tracker system, online chat support, great conference, true partnership

Inability to own all backend functions and calculations - i.e. pay code calculations

Have all the information under one platform has made things easier to find and track. I was a little nervous of implemnting a whole new process, but the implimentation team was outstanding. I like that I have a support team available for any questions when ever they pop up.

We utilize the mobile app for our team members that travel for our company and sometimes the app is a little figity with some of the phones. iPhones work best but there are some Android phones that do not like the app.

I have not had to deal with the state withholdings and unemployement payments in the past nor have I had to deal with setting up new states. ADP has been very helpful and had made it very easy to get them all set up.

The ease of uploads and the amount of reporting available

That I have to call a representative for some items.

Time, time time. It saves oodles of time and that means I can focus on my other duties. I also love the fact that I can run payroll from any location.

That there are modules for everything and that it all flows from one to another.

There are some quirky things that are not perfect, but no system is and the product feedback button they do actually use it to make improvements.

Have one system vs multiple systems. The flow of data and providing data to senior management.
