I really like the dashboard, and it makes it easy to see what tasks I need to complete (with direct reports) how my current time card is looking with requested time off, and a glimpse of where my time off hours are in one glance
As a salaried employee, I don't put in time every day or keep a schedule, so the "time" portion of the program can be a little confusing for those salaried folks
ADP manages our employees VTO, PTO, sick and vacation time. We have different rules for each state and it manages all of them well.

Customer care can be very generic, it would be beneficial if it was more personalized to fit questions from the company specifically or team specifically. It would also be nice if we didn't have to submit issues through thesupport tickets.

Not sure if this is ADP related, but sometimes the T4 slips get amended and the updated ones dont show on the app.

the best thing about ADP is it allows us to keep all of our employees information in one location rather than going in to seperate files for different items
the only bad thing about ADP is they chagre for every little thing that you add to your application and it is costly at times. that is one thing that i would like to see, if they could add more discounts especially for companies that have so many modules
The only thing i would recommend is to make sure you take in to account how you do business and what you need to application to do for you
As mentioned, previously we had to go in to 5 different locations for our leave processing and now i can download all the documents as well as add notes and keep track of leave times all in the employees record

ADP likes to make a lot of updates! The face of the platform usually changes every month or every other month. It can be frustrating going between the different updates.
