Honestly, the ease of use. I love that it's integrated right into Adobe Acrobat Pro, that recipients can sign in minutes with printing or scanning, that it's fast and secure, and that signers don't even need Acrobat to sign as they receive an email link to do so online for free. Additionally, the fact you email the signer the document directly through Acrobat instead of copying the link and pasting it in a new email is a serious time saver.
Occasionally, I feel like it's almost too complicated in regards to the amount of options you have when setting up a document for signature.
It's solved a lot of issues with needing to get secured and verified e-signatures from recipients who aren't familiar with DocuSign, etc., or who don't have an account for the e-signature provider being used. Tremendous upsides to using this. Very easy and integrated seamlessly into Adobe Acrobat which either houses everything you'd want to sign, or itself integrates with WORD so you can migrate a contract over and sign through Acrobat. Simple, fast, seamless, works perfectly. Never have encountered any business partner, no matter how much of a stickler, who won't accept an Adobe Sign.

There are times when I would like to send the same document to multiple individual persons. (i.e. 5 clients will get the same contract agreement). The system makes me send each document separately, which can be tedious.

I use Adobe Sign as a secondary solution to my CRM. When I am working with another vendor that doesn't provide an option for digital signatures, I use this so that my clients do not need to print, sign, and scan contracts and other documents.
It would be nice if there were more analytics. In the future, I would like to use this to send proposals to clients needing a signature; however, I would like to review analytics such as how many times the document was viewed, how long the document was viewed by page, etc.
If these analytics were available, I would be able to eliminate a program that I use.
I can provide my clients with an overall better experience when working with vendors that do not offer digital signatures. There are a lot of companies that do not offer digital signing, although they will accept them. This cuts down on the turn around time clients take to review and sign contracts and keeps planning on track.
PROS: The whole process is easy to do via Adobe e-sign, the uploading and sending the docs are quick and easy to do. We use its widgets which make our work much easier. I used other e-sign programs for our vendors and they were all complicated to use. The Adobe’ service is exceptional and friendly. Once you learn how to use this product everything becomes easier and we managed to reduce the negative reviews.
CONS: To be honest I don’t use this program to the fullest, I don’t even know about all its features and widget. I don’t even use tags even though I have seen they are nice features. What I don’t like is that I have to click the box in order to place the signature box, I don’t like to click the box it would be great if this goes automatically to place the signature box.
