It has subscription based pricing model, which should be but it once model. It feels like a constant drain with respect to pricing. The learning curve takes significant time and dedication which could be discouraging for beginners.

It has centralized asset management where we can get logos, fonts and templated which helps to not spend much time in searching for plugins or tools.

- The Adobe Sign is a great fetaure. I usually sign all my documents and contracts using Acrobat.

Ability to create a publish ready document for a book. Just create it from Indesign and turn it into a PDF that is read with Acrobat. I like that if I find a mistake I can easily change it in Acrobat without having to turn it back to Indesign format.

If I need to turn it back to word format like .DOC, headers and footers mess up and do not create a page that is similar to the PDF. Also images do not come out placed right.

Take time to learn to use the options like typewriter and text editing.

I use it in publishing books for Global Authors Publications as well as reading any PDF files. Also use it for viewing PDFs of old documents I am researching.

I like everything about acrobat. It has the best viewer with browser extension intergrations, and since Adobe invented the PDF format obviously their PDF software would be the best. Incredibly easy To use

It solves all of our companies document signature requests. We use it for all PDF editting, combining, printing. One department that I have implemented to save hours of time is in our production department, they now use adobe acrobat to makes our schedule and job packets which is so much easier by allowing us to make them digitally by combining PDFs instead of having to do it manually. Before our production team printed out each of the documents 4 times then sorted them into piles based on who each job was for and who each material list for that job was for then would hand staple them into packets. This process took a few hours and now is done in a few minutes.

It has a lot of uses and is required in order to open certain files. I like that you can create forms that are fill-able online and can be emailed back to me. It saves the trouble of having to make the other employee print it, fill it out, and scan it back in the system. It is also convenient to be able to convert files to Microsoft word and back. It's easy to verify the license online when you open the file after downloading it on the computers.

My employee got a license in order to allow us to download the program on all of the schools computers. It is easy to get adobe on the computers when you download the program from a SD drive upon turning on the computer. But it wouldn't download properly if I tried to just download the adobe program from the file folder instead of straight from the drive.

Its a everyday used software, used by all and in the most simplest way it has transsformed the digital world of documentation. Adobe is known for its great customer support since decades and its nice comprehensive interface. It also offers tutorials to help the layman. wow!!

Well it is not the cheapest option on the market for pdf editors, else nothing more to dislike this splendid documentation tool.
