I can contact the support team anytime I face a problem within a shortwhile they are able to respond whether it is via their chatbot or via email and you can tell they are ready and eager to help with any problems you have!

Dueto the higher file sizes Adilo takes, it can take some time uploading, but that is not too bad as it does upload faster than Youtube on ocassion!

I recently had a login issue which went passed the ordinary forgot login details requests and support had to ask for tech help!

Adilo lets you use the platform for hosting your LMS videos and also Marketing videos. Having all of them in one place makes it efficient to group users and target customers based on interest. Their email capture feature is amazing.

Their video upload feature could be improved. A bulk video editing feature would help to tag and organize much better.

SECURITY of my content. Let's face it - you only want people who pay or who ask for your videos and courses to see them. The SEO and email opt-in forms are a nice bonus, as well.

Everything is super easy to navigate. I don't need to keep clicking around to find what I'm looking for. Upload speed is surprisingly fast, and it doesn't take long before a video is ready to watch, embed, add CTAs to, etc. It's got some pretty comprehensive analytics and lots of integrations, so I can make the most of my videos and marketing. Really keen to see how Adilo continues to evolve.

I don't love that there are limits on bandwidth, but honestly, this makes sense from a business perspective to ensure that there aren't power users who are chewing through massive amounts of bandwidth, thus slowing everything down for the rest of us.

Depending on the subscription you opt for, you may need to consider getting transcriptions for your videos elsewhere before you upload. Given there's limited bandwidth, if you're a heavy user, you might need to consider either reducing the size of your video files, or increasing the amount of bandwidth you'll need. Overall, though, if you're just an everyday user who needs hosting with detailed analytics, CTAs, contact management, integration with all of the essentials for business growth, etc. then Adilo provides a powerful solution.

I've been using hosting from a few different providers in order to get the features I want. Adilo has everything I need - password protection for videos, channels for specific purposes, up to 4k video resolution, and even videos for mobile users, which means I can start tailoring some of my content to mobile use instead of everything being the same dimensions.
