First it is cloud-based. It has a mobile app. It is very easy to enter time. It has the ability to upload live client matters. It saves lots of time when you are not in the office to enter time. It has an Outlook Plug-in to create time entries from emails.
I honestly cannot say that I dislike the product
It has been an advantage and efficient software to deploy. Everyone was excited and happy to use the product.
Ease of use and portability. It is an easy product to use and the mobile app has saved some attorneys time to enter instead of waiting to go back to the office
Very easy to understand user interface. Makes entering time simple and makes editing time easy. Good ability to produce reports in Excel or PDF for quick queries.
Not much to be completely honest. I think the product is good! It's very stable and easy to understand. Training is fast and easy. I can't think of anything to be improved at this moment.
Easier time entry for timekeepers means fewer missed days of time entry. Ability to record time remotely through a phone or smart watch means timekeepers are more likely to stay current with time entry.
Voice to text makes time entries fast and easy - on the go or at the desk.
We have not had any issues. They continue to improve the product with new features.
Attorneys who were not entering their time themselves, or were not submitting contemporaneously, have embraced iTimeKeep as it is far easier.
The ease of the overall integration to our preexisting business structure and how much our attorneys rely on the software
Once a month we have issues with time not saving for some people.
More time is being captured by timekeepers
Our users love mobile app access and its ease of use.
Outlook integration can be tricky. Outages prevent any time from being entered.
iTimekeep solves not having a good native timekeeping application in the accounting software in use.
The simple and easy-to-use interface is by far the best part. Our billers have no issues learning and using the program. Its quick and more efficient to enter our time here than in our old system.
I do not appreciate the lack of single sign-on for the Outlook add-in. Single sign-on works great for the desktop and mobile app, but explaining to our users that they need a different password for the outlook add-in is hard.
Our old system is slow and dated. Our users are now able to enter their time in a much more efficient and productive matter. They are also able to enter time when it's convenient for them.
The ease of use for timkeepers is the most helpful attribute of iTimekeep. It can be accessed on multiple devices depending on the timekeeper's preference. It seems to be the gold standard in the legal industry since when we looked for alternatives to our legacy system, iTimekeep was the most recommended.
I really cannot think of a downside when comparing it to the legacy timekeeping system we used. We experience hardly any issues with iTimekeep on a daily basis other than when there ar internet issues which affect all systems.
Ther major problem we are solving is getting our timekeepers to enter time on a daily basis rather than at a later date when the time is stale and maybe not as accurate. The ease of use of iTimekeep leaves very little room for excuses.
I like that iTimekeep allows you to move around and enter time quickly. There is little to no lag when switching between fields, which has always been a big problem with other timekeeping software I have used. I also like the general design and layout. Everything is clear and easily understood.
I don't dislike anything about iTimekeep. A few improvements would be stating the error reasoning more clearly and maybe working out any issues that cause the program to crash firm-wide periodically.
I am able to enter time for multiple attorneys at a quick speed, which allows me to move on to other things and not waste time waiting for client matters and other fields to load.
I can see what both my attorneys are working on and where their time is going. i also love the calender feature where i can see all the days of the month that they are working on things.
Sometimes the filter option doesn't bring up everything.
The program helps us see where our time is going within the firm. Financially it helps us track which clients are being billed more than others. Our business performance has pretty much stayed the same.

End users like it. Very little support needed. It just works.
It's a time entry program. Should not be complicated. I cannot think of anything that I dislike compared to issues I have had with similar software.
If you need to enter time, iTimekeep is a fantastic tool to get it done.
Best part is access. It's a web app that users can enter time from any web enabled device.
