AddSearch has enhanced our website and made navigation much easier.

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike.

Our website provider platform doesn't have a search feature, so we use this solution.

My company wanted a responsive search tool that had the ability to process new pages quickly. AddSearch has exceeded our expectations. Not only does it provide beautiful image and text results but when I’ve had questions or concerns their customer service has always responded and addressed my concerns quickly and completely. I would recommend AddSearch to anyone. It’s easy to use, updates quickly, and the customer service is top notch.

I have yet to find a downside. Every time I have a concern about AddSearch it gets fully addressed.

My website has many content pages and it can be hard for users to find the information they want quickly. With AddSearch they can easily search for and find the content they want.

Everytime i have interacted with the AddSearch support they have gone above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. They always follow up a few weeks later aswell to make sure there are no further issues.

There is a little disconnect between the billing plan I am on and what is represented as the features. Better information about what the site search is doing and updating would be useful aswell

I use AddSearch as the primary search on our ecommerce software. we use the API direcetly to display the results and the crawler for the search. So far so good

Excellent customer service is worth highlighting! AddSearch support team is helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, both through the online chat and email support.

While the search functionality is excellent, the admin interface could benefit from improvements to enhance navigation and usability.

Easy and simple to install search that caters to our users' demands.

My website is very content-rich, especially the webshop and all the localized products, and AddSearch really helped us out with the search and filtering. Normal WordPress search was not doing a good job.

Professional tier is a bit expensive. It was hard to set up and replace the existing system for us at first. One a week crawl is not enough for our business needs.

We have a lot of product offerings which are localized to different regions and languages, and so far AddSearch has been doing a fantastic job at searching and filtering the results. We are very happy with it.

Lot's of customisation opportunities and options.

Really well thought out and being able to combine domains in one search is great.

Large subscription is a little pricey. Seems higher than necessary.

Very easy to use and implement, watch the page counts though, they can ramp up.

Also, some CSS clashes with responsive custom themes were tricky to troubleshoot.

The capability to combine domains in one search result is key for me.

Upside is the general public can quickly find search results on website information and linked documents. AddSearch's website provides useful tools and especially APIs to work against their search solutions. If there are issues, the customer service is fast to respond and work with developers, even the ones who make simple syntax mistakes!

We have not found a dislike at this time. In-fact, we find more to like as we use the product over time and discover different ways to implement the features into our custom in-house applications.

At least give it a spin.

We are getting better search results to our public users. When adding content, internal users are not required to add keyword searches to documents because of the automation to AddSearch API's.

We enjoy the ability to manage/extend/promote search results. We also appreciate the ability to style the AddSearch pieces however we like. The documentation is good/helpful as well.

The partner program is new and still feels like they are working the kinks out of it in terms of paying commissions in a timely/streamlined fashion. The pricing is more than we guessed it would be initially, but we have come to realize it is worth the price. The analytics could be improved as well.

Rather than custom-developing search functionality for clients (like we used to), AddSearch streamlines that functionality drastically so we can focus on other priorities for our clients.

It is easy to use but also has advanced features if you need them and multiple ways to configure it. Their customer experience is the best and gets back very fast if you need information or don't know how to do something.

I have not found one yet. It is technology so nothing is perfect. I researched what one to use when Google went to a pay system.

For the price it charges it is well worth it. Others did the same things but charged much more.

They helped me decide which of their methods to use that allow me to customize the results page that matches our website design.

Page indexing & search result optimization work really well. Extensive customization options are useful when listing results in different use cases. Technicsl implementation is easy as well!

There is not much to dislike really. When deploying a new site, there has sometimes been an issue with the 1 full site crawl per week limit, but the customer support team has always been helpful.

User are finding relevant content on the site more easily. AddSearch is one of the most important assets in site navigation - not only in the header, but also in finding more specific content on certain landing pages.
