I have not found anything to dislike with AdButler and have been very happy with the software for nearly 20 years.

My ad serving is flawlessly executed at a reasonable price. There are free ad serving platforms out there but you get what you pay for. Ad Butler's WordPress integration is super simple and the reporting is excellent. I highly recommend Ad Butler.

Simple, performant, and powerful tool to design and run advertising campaigns.

Their ad zone tag support is comprehensive and works for the majority of our use cases.

Their support team is quite helpful and quick to respond.

Documentation is spotty, and sometimes outdated.

Their default domains and url paths are unfortunately found on most adblocker lists, so it takes some customization to circumvent the most common adblockers.

We use AdButler to run a custom ad server for our publication and are so far very happy with its ease of use, dependable ad delivery, and helpful and timely product support.

AdButler makes it easy to distribute ads across multiple websites and control what we see and when.

In some cases... additional Users in our organization have to use a separate link to set up campaigns. I would prefer not to have them use a separate log in link.

If you do your research you will find that AdButler is robust and supportive of many types of ads. I find the cost balanced with our needs. I also find the large amount of ad types and distribution types (Iframe, Java, etc) to be helpful.

We have multiple website in our radio station group. By using adbutler I can reliably configure ads to go to all the sites, one site, all areas or just one area depending on what the client has paid for. I also like how the client can directly see their results.

There are so many amazing highlights about Ad Butler. From its robust features and ease of use to affordable pricing and reliable delivery, Ad Butler went above and beyond our expectations and was learning how to use the platform was a breeze!

There wasn't anything I disliked about the platform; however, the self-service portal was rather limiting, which is understandable considering its still in its beta.

This is a great all around platform that offers way more features than other platforms for a great price.

The biggest problem that Ad Butler allowed me to solve is being able to reliably and affordably deliver a wide variety of advertisements across a large network of websites. Additionally, Ad Butler's platform is extremely easy to use, which made it simple to hand off to one of our team members with very little training.

We don't use Adsense or any other ad platform because we are local and only want to show local ads, so this is a great custom solution for us.

Moved away from no tracking and simple php ad rotator without any features or tracking. This is a million times better.

We have been trafficking banners on behalf of our clients since 1997 using various in-house and 3rd-party solutions. Several years ago, when one of our Ad Serving vendors changed pricing drastically and eventually, "closed shop", we found our selves in desperate needed for a quick replacement. I found AdButler via web search and today I am very happy to have given them a shot and stuck with them for this long.

Customer service is extremely responsive. On the rare occasions where I needed to reach out for questions, replies came within a few hours, if not immediately. I have even called in via telephone and spoke to a human, which is rare these days.

On the technical side, I have observed continuous development, new features adapting to new technological trends and compliance needs. Happy not to be on a stale platform. Uptime is impeccable as I cannot recall a time when my ads were not being served.

All in all, very satisfied with AdButler. I always feel like they are helping me get the best out of the product.

geo-targetting interface could be improved.other than that, the service is fine.

I was having issues injecting ads on emails with one of my providers at the time. Flexibility on their tags. great solution for injecting ads on emails.

There was almost no training required. The platform is so easy to use and AdButler's support team is so helpful.

It could be difficult to narrow in on the campaign I want to see. If I search for the campaign in the search bar, once I click on it and go back, I get the full list of campaigns again.

Ads go live quickly! Previously, I was use AppNexus and after campaign set-up, it took 20 minutes for the ads to go live. With AdButler, it's immediate.
