The tool is easy to use. It helps to manage extensive surveys with a large number of questions answered by different organizational units of the company.

No such thing that I find as a problematic or inconvenient

In my opinion AdaptiveGRC is truly user-friendly. Its features met my key expectations – the program sends notifications, gives a possibility of ongoing monitoring. The number of delayed audit recommendations has significantly decreased. I also like very much that it generates reports.

C&F is always working to develop the product and asking tool users from our company for feedback. I haven’t experienced any disadvantages that they have not already improved.

The product accurately compiles incident reports, reactive maintenance and predictive maintenance. I rate cooperation with C&F very highly – they responded to my few technical problems immediately and provided modifications I asked about during use.

It is amazing that thanks to AdaptiveGRC individual assessment management can be shortened from days to minutes. The tool can generate reports for different stakeholders containing only their desired assessment outcome data. I appreciate much the possibility of generating compliance specification lists for supplier contracts or internal departments.

I have not experienced any drawbacks that C&F hasn't already addressed in some way.

Perfect for Risk Management

Instantaneous data reporting is possible from any enterprise perspective: in its entirety, according to departments, in accordance with regulations, according to locations, etc. The other very useful feature is that AdaptiveGRC combines the findings from a number of different events, and assess company’s level of compliance with a single legislation.

The available statistics make it possible for me to do an analysis of each completed spreadsheet as well as of the whole process. I really liked that all of the data and forms are maintained in a single location, complete with information on who processed each question and each form.

I'd have to make something up if I were to choose anything negative about this product. I've had no issues using AdaptiveGRC.

I especially value the feature for creating risk profiles. It allows you to set the appropriate audit and assessment priorities. Additionally, everything is presented on a user-friendly dashboard. I also liked the ability to analyze how risk correlates with the compliance status. Although most solutions have it, the risk heat map is also a great visualization tool.

I especially value the fact that it was very easy to use. It allowed me to shorten time I had to spend on filling out the SREP questionnaire – the functionality to compare the questionnaires from previous years is great. I also could easily control the status of work of people involved in the process - check their progress, remind about the deadlines if needed.

I can't think of anything specific right now. My overall experience has only been positive and it's hard to name anything.

AdaptiveGRC allowed me to coordinate over a 400+ questionnaire. Especially it is worth pointing out the fact that I could compare questions and their answers from previous years. The system also allows you to version the answers to the questions, control the progress of their preparation. The process of completing the SREP questionnaire went from tedious to pleasant and simple.

In 2019, C&F implemented Adaptive GRC – for monitoring internal audit recommendations, for a 20-plus people internal audit department. The implementation went well, it was done on time and within the budget. What’s more important, cooperation with C&F since the implementation has been very good, they have been very helpful and supportive. The application is very useful for us – it allowed us to optimize the process, the interface is user friendly, the escalation process in any delays also works well. I personally recommend C&F to anyone.

The solution is adaptable across industries and size of organizations. It's well designed allowing you to build brand new GRC capability, or integrate with existing capabilities.

A systematic approach to risk management was the primary focus, but we were able to move ahead with other elements of GRC fairly quickly.
