They have work to do on improving search capabilities. Not as simple as typing in a company or specific prospect name at times. There have been a couple instances of delays in when a prospect responds to a campaign and when they are removed from the emailing list, which causes confusion and annoyance. Kinks that you'd think will be worked out over time. Still a relatively young company.
